Why are you not evangelical?

I know some stuff about catholic and orthodox faith and also evangelicals. What I mean by evangelical is low church protestants like baptists, non demoms, pentecostals, charasmatics, etc.... I barely know anything about high church protestants lol. So those of you that are the high church protestants, why are you not evangelical?

I do not understand why christians say we have to dress modestly for God.

I understand dressing modestly to not make other men lust after women. But I don't get it when christians say we dress modestly not only for that reason but to glorify God. That doesn't make any sense to me. Didn't God create our bodys? Like he has seen us naked since we were born. How are we glorifying God by dressing modestly? Like what does that even mean? Does God not like to see our bodys or something?

Are christians supposed to be sleep deprived due to praying?

My pastor says that he goes to sleep every night at 2 a.m because he prays that long and wakes up at 5 to pray. I do not find that healthy even though I know that he is using that time praying to God.

I know that we are supposed to sacrifice ourselves to follow Christ but this also mean depriving my self of sleep if it costs my health? I have suffered from insomnia since I am 15, it has gotten a lot better but before I would have months where I would only sleep like 2 hours a night and I was in a constant cranky bad mood, I had terrible eyebags and affected me really. I still have bad sleep nights but have been sleeping pretty good lately so I take advantage of it and try to get the most sleep I can because I don't know when I will have another bad sleep night.

But sometimes I wake up with really bad anxiety. I usually wake up always around 7 a.m. but when I wake up I feel anxiety because I didn't wake up at 5 to pray to God which means I must be not sacrificing myself enough. Is prioritizing my sleep wrong? Do I really need to feel constant pressure and anxiety to not sleep enough to pray? Also, the bible says that sleeping a lot is a sin but how if sleep is good for you? I feel best when I get my 8 hours of sleep.

Can someone please explain to me the difference between rules and legalism?

I hear people say that rules are good but legalism isn't, but what is the difference? Isn't legalism a bunch of rules and regulations? And what if the rules and legalism is making you feel trapped or caged in your faith and it is taking away your peace?

Why is it only evgangelical circles where "out pouring of the spirit" happens?

Like during a service when people are worshipping and praying, all of the sudden people start getting delivered, healed, the pastors is prophecying, people are getting filled with the holy spirit. It is as if the holt spirit manifests and all this happens? But why does it mostly only happen in evangelical cicrles like pentecostals, charasmatic or in non denomimational services? Like you don't really see this in other types of churches. And also, why do people have to be emotionally worshipping in order for the spirit to manifest? Can't it manifest with no noise?

I know things like deliverance and people getting healed happens in all denominations put I am specifically talking about this "out pouring of the spirit" or "manifestation of the spirit" events that happens in these services.
