Boneless short rib seared then finished in the oven for 10 minutes with the cauliflower… alongside a fried eggy! So good!

Had fun getting into baking this past winter & was surprisingly successful making frying donuts from scratch for the first time! Made cinnamon sugar & mixed berry glaze. Shared with my co workers and apartment neighbors!

Had a good time listening to the Artemis ll Astronauts give their thanks/gratitude to everyone involved & while also answering some fun questions about the mission. Drove into Denver afterwards to get an In n Out burger before heading back to the western slope.

Solid 45 mile round trip from my apartment into Aspen on the classic Rio Grande trail.. average bike/foot traffic. - Enjoyed an Affogato from Paradise Bakery for the first time that gave me a nice zip on the ride back. Fun day! Gonna be a nice ride again once the leave start to chance 🍂

Mixed the nesquick strawberry powder in a glass of milk before pouring into the bowl of cereal… turned out so good!! Highly recommend 😊☀️

First visit to Allgreens in over a year! I don’t live in Denver, but when I pass thru I make sure to stop by. Their crusty weasel & garlic drip are my favorites. Both these pucks have those strains

Bike is in perfect condition. No chips or scratches. Minuscule ware on cassette. Very satisfied I saved a little bit of cash & now have di2 shifting. 10/10 👍 Stoked to get riding this summer!
