Suggest a watch under 150£

Looking for a watch to gift someone.

Can someone suggest a watch with these requirements please :

Under 150£

Clean dial

Leather strap

Around 36mm to 40mm max

I've had Rotary Heritage field in mind but its too big at 42mm, added a picture for an idea of which style of watches he like.

[SNE595P1] Got this as a B'day gift.

Just got this beautiful Pepsi as a gift for my B'day.

I know its not an automatic but I still love the solar quartz on this.

Any thoughts on how good it is for the money they spent on this watch for me.

(Not that it changes any of the sentimental value but just to know if it is worth around 470£ retail).

Can I make the video play in top half of the screen....??

It maybe a dumb question but I'm new to foldables and is there any way to make the video play on top half of the phone so that I can leave the phone on table and still see the full video.

Maybe to place this app on top half and use any other app on bottom(not to use but just to make it work) and leave it on somewhere flat so I don't have to hold it while watching something.

Sleep tracking on fitbit air is off

I was using Galaxy watch8 classic from launch and all the previous galaxy watches and finally decided to get fitbit air so that I can wear my actual watches.

I'm still using both GW8C and Fitbit air for a few weeks on both hands just to compare.

Steps were completely off between these two when I wear them both at the beginning but I disabled all the sources for fitbit air except the actual device and its now a lot better bit still the hand movements are picked up.

Sleep feels so off once or twice a week and other days its identical.

Like tonight I only slept for 4.5 hrs but fitbit air days I slept for 3.5 hrs and wake time is 1hr more than in GW8C.

Anyone has any idea why this happens and any way to adjust it. I know its did sleep for 4.5 hrs and I didn't wake up in the middle of night at all, until 7AM

Fitbit air step tracking

I am using a Galaxy watch 8 classic from the day of launch and other galaxy watches before this. I wanted a screenless tracker so that I can wear actual watches and not smart watches.

I got this Fitbit air 2 days ago and comfort is too good.

One thing I noticed is even while doing the casual work around house or at work it counts the steps. Like while I work on till giving and taking money to customers, its counting them as steps.

I know wrist based trackers tend to do this but my samsung doesn't do it at all. Even if it does, its just 1 out of 10 times. But the fitbit counts it even if I just wave my hand.

I tried step counting by manually counting myself and its better than samsung on fitbit, but by the end of day Fitbit shows atleast 2k more than what samsung says because of this hand movements.

Anyone using from a few weeks, does it get better...? If not I've to return it🙃

Is this Sugess a homage of Seagull 1963....? Is it worth for half the price of the actual watch...?

I was trying to find a Seagull 1963 Chronograph to buy, but the Airforce edition on 1963 website shows its around 400£.

I found this in Amazon for less than 200£ and looks exactly like the same. Is says sold by Sugess Watch & Jewellery Company.

I know its not real 1963 but want to know what's the matter with this specific listing.

Want to know if this is actually worth the 200£ if its a homage..!

Is it normal to make this squeaking noise[Ref. SSA464J1]

Just got my watch delivered yesterday and I took out a few links as the bracelet is a bit big for my hand, it's making a squeaking sound now, don't know if it was there from before because I didn't wear it at all yesterday left it in box, just wore it today.

Can someone tell me what to with this noise as its irritating me🙃

I don't think its because of links removing because they are all perfectly fit now. I just took out 3 links.

Seiko Japanese Gen garden Gold [SSA464J1]

I want to buy SSA464 for my dad but I'm not sure how good it is after a few years of usage as its launched in 2024.

Also I can't find it anywhere in UK now but found one in Dubai, but not sure about the authenticity.

Anyone from Dubai who bought it, can you confirm if the seller is genuine. ( Watch Station By Hajsabbagh, HAJSABBAGH TRADING L.L.C)

Or if anyone know a Seiko official retailer in Dubai or UK who has it in stock can help me out.

To gift my dad this September , so I can't wait for 18 weeks like the Goldsmiths show.

Thanks.

Crackling noise on 3 months old WH-XM6

I'm using my XM6s for the last 3 months, not a lot of used hours as well. But I started hearing a crackling noise when the music is on and I move my head, but not very regular. Can just hear it rarely and once I adjust them on my head it becomes normal. At first thought maybe because my coat is touching the earcup (right side ) but today even when I'm not wearing a coat it occurred. Just moved the headband a little and it was fine.

Probably because of the bad position while on my head but just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with them.
