Cant figure out why my odometer will not roll when driving. '93 2.8l (M) 6cyl
I have a '93 GMC Sonoma. 2.8l (M).
the odometer does not move when im driving it. So far I have pulled the gauge cluster and opened up the odometer motor to find a gear motor did have stripped teeth. So I bought a used Chevy corvette odometer motor to replace it Ebay here. After replacing that motor I still have no movement on the odometer, ive confirmed the gears on the roller are not locked up and do turn over by rolling by hand with the motor removed.
However I dont know how to go through the circut board of pos/neg to see if the motor will power on its own, unless I should just add power through the ribbon board, but I also cant tell which pin contacts I would add the power to.

First time fishing and I think I already wasted my money getting a license.
Simple question as someone who has never gone fishing in MD.
What fish do people catch to eat?
Conversation segment. I grew up fishing on vacation in other states such as New Hampshire where it was legal to catch and keep large and small mouth bass. Today when I just bought my year long license I neglected to check first what fish are allowed to be kept. And now im seeing bass are always catch and release?? Like DAMN?? So what am I supposed to catch that I would care to eat? And further seeing the same bass are 'seasonal' catches. WTH am I supposed to do out of season to NOT catch a bass, that doesnt make sense to me. I cant control what fish wants to bite, and its already supposed to be released so why is it an issue to catch 'out of season'?
I dont know shit about this, im brand new, so answers and explanations would be helpful-hold the sarcasm for me not knowing things you might think are common sense.

Odometer not working- 1993 2.8l S10/Sonoma manual
What kind of checklist of items do I need to look at in order to fix my odometer?
I have replaced the motor that rotates the numbers because it had broken gears on the inside. But it still does not work. So if I already opened up the gauge cluster that far- what else do I need to look at? 1993 2.8l Sonoma manual

Attempting to make a custom shift boot- Stitches are skipping
Can I get some input why my stitches are skipping like this? I am using suede material, and an 18 size needle. The stitching will be good for awhile, but randomly skip grabbing the bottom thread even when the needle goes through fully. Machine i'm using is a Singer Meritt 2112
The last photo was last night, and the first two are from this morning, you can see I improved the stitching, but I dont understand how or why it improved.

Passenger side CV axle. This went bad, yeah?
I have a clicking sound at low speeds when I accelerate and let off the gas, and clicking on turns, so my first thought is the cv axles. Trying to figure out which side it is though. The driver side does not move around like this. Oh and the boots for both ends of both axles are in perfect condition, so no grease to look for.

When requesting a suitable size vehicle-Do uber drivers also bikes to put in cars?
Title screwed up- "Do uber drivers also put bikes into cars?". If I request an uber and have a bike with me. Is it normal for a driver to allow a rider to bring a bike with them? Its a 29inch wheel mountain bike I would expect and be okay with removing the wheels and would not be trying to store after a muddy ride. Im just more curious about the item being a bike.

New user: Im not sure how to describe this transition issue. Version 20
I cant get my Brightness Flash transition to cross over between clips, only on certain clips. Some it works, some it doesnt. They were all shot the same, same file types (.mp4). Selecting alignment doesnt work. Im not sure what Im missing here.
