How the hell did Kelly get a neck tattoo? (Bone temple)

At first I thought the tattoo may have just been an oversight in casting, but the actress who plays Kelly doesn't actually have a neck tattoo, so it was an intentional addition for the character.

She's supposed to be in her 20s and the film is set 28 years after the outbreak, so she definitely didn't get it done beforehand, and the Jimmies don't exactly seem like they'd ever be in a situation where tattooing equipment would be available, let alone a situation where someone would be willing and able to actually tattoo one of them with a steady hand, or even in a situation where the tat could heal properly at all.

Obviously stick & pokes exist, but again that seems unlikely for a tattoo like the one she has, especially in the circumstances of the film.

Just seems like a really odd and nonsensical visual decision for the character.

Two identical weapons deal different damage?

This post is as much asking for advice as it is just sharing an experience, so I apologise if I'm just being daft and missed a very obvious game mechanic!

Recently discovered how insanely OP brass knuckles are and decided to make a second pair to make up for their quick durability loss, but here's the thing...

I have two brass knuckles, both superior quality, level 30, power of 586, with the fixed perk sturdy handle, both upgraded with:

- superior melee impactor mod

- slaughter

- unstable

- special sauce

However for some reason the deal different amounts of damage? The only difference I can see between the two is that on one slaughter is the first perk & unstable is the second, then with the other brass knuckles unstable first, slaughter second.

When viewed in the workbench:

The first pair does 760 damage

The second does 734 damage

When equipped (activating the perks/mods):

The first pair does 809 damage

The second pair does 781 damage

Is this because of the order I applied the weapon mods / perks? Or are base weapon damages slightly randomised? Anyone have any ideas?

Hair naturally sits rather pushed back but I want to have more of a fringe / bangs. Is there any way to keep hair forwards and soft?

I want to have more of a fringe, but my hair naturally tends to stay pushed up & back, so when I try to push it forward into bangs / a fringe it usually just sticks up like crazy or sits weird...

I'm not looking to essentially glue it down with product as that just looks too glossy / greasy and has a bad texture, is there any process I can do to make it just sit forward more naturally?

Any ideas?
