The salt on top of the oatmeal is all of my added daily salt intake. I might dial the amount back because it makes me bloated. My thinking is clearer with more salt in my diet though so I gotta find the balance.

With rice, brussel sprouts, carrots, and a salad!
For breakfast! Along with mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken, and eggs,
Then more Kung Pao chicken and Mongolian beef, rice, and brussel sprouts for lunch.
Plus kiwi, rice, and rockfish for snacks.

Brussel sprouts, rice and a salad for dinner. For lunch I had Kung Pow chicken, rice, and sweet potatoes. Extra fiber and lots of protein made for a filling lunch.
High protein breakfast and lunch with carbs and a little protein in between.
For dinner I'm having Mississippi style pork roast, quinoa, yams and squash, plus a salad on the side.
Steak, yams and squash, rice, and a salad. Lots of protein makes for a filling meal with good fuel!
