I was wondering what is happening to my calathea?

I got it like 3/4 months ago, had to replant it and it has grown lovely.

1 month ago, I had 2 new leaves that didn't wanted to open and started to die, so I cut it and since 2 ou 3 weeks now leaves are rolling in.

What is happening? Is it bad? Good?

Nothing changed in my way to taking care of it (some spray water, watering it when it's dry, using time to time fertilizer, whole day near a window...)

I have an uneven combo skin and quite sensible Maybe I have my skin barrier damaged (I'm not really sure tbh) I would like to smooth a lil a bit my skin as u can guess Irl it's a lil a bit more pink tbh

Currently in the morning I just wash my face with water and then put on hydrating sunscreen cream (bariesun urgiage) And in the evening I double cleans with a balm (the one from purito), cerave air foam then I put on a hyaluronic acid serum (currently from Real barrier but if you have any recommendations I'm in) and a hydrating cream (autobarrier 365 aestura) There's juste 2 times a week that I put on the VT reedle shot 300 from VT cosmetics after washing my face.

What do you recommend pls?

I've used skin1004 brightening ampoule for 3 days ans I think it makes my skin worse/breakout.... I mean, little red/white bumps/pimples (I know we don't see it that much on the picture)

Initially I had acne marks, and some large pore. I think i have a sensitive combo skin with a bad skin barrier (currently trying to fix that). In the morning I only use my favorite hydrating sunscreen and in the evening I double cleans with purrito cleansing balm and cerave air foam, then on 2 times a week the 300 reedle shot (the one with some centella), I apply real barrier aqua soothing serum, (skin1004 serum since 4 days) and my hydrating cream cica reti-A Vt cosmetics.

I want to get rid of those marks that I have but it seems that my skin always tends to be damage when I want to fix it. So first what should I do with the skin1004 ampoule and then what should I use?

I've bought a pilea recently and noticed this, kinda like brown spots and wonder if it's sick or not?

It has lots of light but not direct, near a window, the pot doesn't have drainage and I watter them from the bottom when it's dry. Sometimes I spray some water on the leaves too.
