For the newcomers and the old faithful alike: our benevolent chaos lord Sean Murray has made an art form out of tweeting one emoji before many major No Man's Sky updates.

It started after a bunch of updates had already been released, and wasn't consistent, but now it's tradition.

Here's a list of his trolls (masterful marketing) and what they ultimately meant.

I have tried to take the time to use the Emoji's I know he has stated for each thing. He did a back-fill. BUT if there's not a specific link to an announcement -- then I won't count it :D

Sean has put out Emoji's before and we didn't see anything come of it -- but they are rare these days.

New milestone. Crossed the 8k mark recently. It's been a wild ride. Still love this game, even thru the rough patches. A place of endless wonder. Still get excited about finding unique planets, scenery, etc. I continue to meet really cool people. And I've got more base building ideas than time

Teams appear to be predetermined. I've answered the questions 5 times and got royal every time (PC). My friend got sage every time (PS). My first try I copied his answers. How did it go for you?

This is the largest Blobby I've ever found in my 8 years of playing

Not bad for a first attempt. Built in the space station, vanilla and off-set. Wings built with the help of the Beyond Base Building mod. Landing gear removed with the 2nd landing pad trick. No blender
