I didn’t like the movie either but my GOD can people give it a rest

It’s so annoying that fandoms that have had histories of being bullied are not bullying another indie creator. The Hazbin sub has so many of these LSP posts. People blindly accusing it of things it’s not and calling the creator names. The exact thing we complain about them doing to Viv. Same with TADC fans. We can’t bully an indie creator while also screaming not to bully our favorite indie creators. Anyways I didn’t really like the movie, it wasn’t for me but, I’m gonna spend money on whatever merch I can find purely out of spite so it gets a second one. Just like how people hate watched Velma into getting a second season . Also to the lurkers from the other subs : “just this once” is cornier than anything from the movie and there is no “wholesome unity” you think there would be this much hated towards non queer adult animation slop of this caliber ? You’re just joining forces with homophobes.

Period pains unbearable, doctors tell me to get over it

When I’m on my period all I can do for the first two days is lay on the floor and scream in pain. No ibuprofen helps, nothing helps. I’ve tried getting medical attention and just get told “period pains are normal” I eat a healthy diet, exercise and stay hydrated. I don’t smoke and don’t do drugs. I can’t seem to find any medical help because doctors don’t take women seriously, especially brown women. Sometimes I’m in so much pain I lay down and it’s so physically much already I just can’t scream. I can’t make any sound. I’m so tired of living like this. Has anybody experienced the same ? I don’t even know where to post this.

Can we stop punching down?

Our entire fandom is constantly being hated and dog piled on. We always tell people if they don’t like it just don’t watch the show. We can’t do the same with LSP? It’s worst crime is being unfunny alike many adult animations. It’s really on par with things like mating season, big mouth , paradise PD ect. The different is one form of media the entire internet has completely dog piled on while the others receive some criticism yet don’t get nearly the same magnitude of hatred LSP has gotten. Each series listed has been far far more offensive in humor too. We constantly advocate for Viv because she gets held to unfair criticism due to being a queer woman writing a heavily queer show yet when the tables have turned on another creator it’s suddenly ok to become just like the senseless haters we constantly complain about ? I didn’t like the movie either, I didn’t laugh at any of the jokes but genuinely who cares. None of this is that deep and punching down shouldn’t be considered socially acceptable here. I saw someone comment that this whole thing felt like the bullied kid at school finally finding someone weaker to pick on and tbh I think that’s sums this all up pretty well.
Edit: I’m gonna delete this soon cuz I’m getting weird dms. But yall get my point pls don’t bully others and watch the movie before making claims on its content. It’s harmful to creators when we don’t try to understand the source material before judging.

Subreddit stance against pedophilia. (PSA)

If you are a minor and someone DM’s you inappropriate messages please tell the mods so we can ban them. It doesn’t matter who it is, if they are inappropriate with underage people in any capacity we want them gone and with no chance to ban appeal. This sub is a SFW space and safe space for everybody. We don’t allow characters who are underage to be sexualized and we certainly don’t allow real life users to be sexualized as well.
This kind of stuff is ofc laid out in the rules however I think this takes enough importance to have its own post as well.
