So I ordered a cosplay on Dokidoki, and according to this tracking my item has been transferred to a local delivery partner on April 28th and its basically in my country now. But since then I have not received any further updates, no email no phone call no nothing. I tried emailing Dokidoki but they only said they will look into it. This is my first time ordering from dokidoki so I am a bit anxious. I want to ask if its normal to wait this long ? Thank you all for your patience.
