How likely do you think Childe is getting some buffs in the upcoming versions? Been reading a lot about it these days and wanted to get some more opinions on the gamble.
For someone who has Varesa and not that interested in her c1, nor really looking to get clorinde or chiori as they arent that relevant anyways right? also having another harbinger is pretty cool especially Childe, how safe is it to bet on Childe becoming somewhat relevant on in terms of meta?
Anyone else planning on gambling on Childe? 🤔
As the title say, in todays unpredictable world, how am i supposed to know the answer to such a question.
Also, made it to another friday. Living for the weekends!🥲
I finished Lords of the Fallen a while back, and every now and then I still find myself thinking about it. I usually delete games ive completed to make space for new ones butthis has been sitting since a while now.
There are definitely things people would like changed in the game and I can understand why it didn’t click with everyone, but its a really great game! I loved it! There was just something about it. The atmosphere. The dark fantasy aesthetic. Exploration. The Umbral. The cool armor. The weird NPC stories. FromSoft people can really relate to it.
There are plenty of Soulslikes that I enjoyed but LOTF had its own uniqueness. It definitely had its rough edges but it took some really cool ideas and committed to them, and i think it deserves way more credit than it gets.
Anyway, just wanted to show some love for a game that I had a genuinely great time with. FromSoft veterans please do give the game a try for yourselves! We can then discuss LOTF 2 when its out!
I have played a few games in the series and I can definitely see why some people are more critical of it. There were parts I loved and parts that dragged for me, especially some of the side content and how shallow some of the RPG systems felt.
But overall, I thought the main story was great and some of the >!Eikon!< fights were genuinely incredible. There were several moments where I just sat there thinking this game looks absolutely insane. I also ended up liking Clive a lot more than I expected.
Now that I’ve finished it, I’m considering getting the DLC. For anyone who has played Echoes of the Fallen and The Rising Tide, are they actually worth getting? I’d mainly like to know whether they add enough new content and story to make it worthwhile?
I went into Returnal expecting it to be brutally difficult, but I honestly didn’t expect it to be this addictive. My friend told me how great it is with the ps controller and all and I really wanted to see that when i got my ps5.
The number of times I constantly died during the first biome and wondered how anyone was supposed to get beat this game was a lot. But after a while, slowly getting the hang of stuff, getting the melee and then learning the movement, dodging, shooting, enemy patterns…at some point it became less about worrying and more about doing it.
Ive only ever played Doom and Eternal in terms of similar games so i had some idea of what to expect.
The atmosphere, sound design, combat and the whole mysterious story are seriously incredible!
One of the top PS5 games for me! Thinking of trying Saros next, and maybe Remnant.
I went into Avowed pretty much blind and wasn't sure what to expect (except for some 'reviews' and opinions)
What surprised me most so far is how much I enjoy just running around here and there and finding stuff when im in between quests. I'm still very early into the game so maybe I'm speaking too soon but the exploration and combat is quite nice, reminding me a little of Dragon Age Inquisition for some reason and a mix of some other games!
Any recommendations for someone starting out and just a few hours into the game?
For older players: what was the moment when Avowed really clicked for you?
As the title says, how many of the games that youve added in the past did you actually play?
Not downloaded.
Not added to your library.
Nor “I'm going to play that eventually.”
Actually started and played for more than a few hours?
I feel like my PS Plus to-play list is becoming longer and longer
Im a dota player since the warcraft 3 days, played on gameranger. Used to play dota 2 a lot too back in the 2015-16 days but recently been a bit out of it and so currently dont know whats the meta.
Looking for some advices on which heros are good right now and which arent so good. Like all the hate juggernaut was getting during the TI, im assuming these patches are not really for him?
I usually play pos 3 4, sometimes 1 and 5 but dont like to play mid since forever. Any formidible heros for someone like me to get back into this patch and then possibly start doing ranked games in a while?
I was divine last time i was doing ranked but that was ages ago, a few years back, if that is relevant.
One thing i really need to do is learn what Kez does cause i encountered him in a game and had no clue what to do against him. Seems like a ninja invoker with all those spells!
