PM Market Rate (OH)

I property manage 500k SF (mostly office/flex space), 45 commercial tenants, and some other miscellaneous accounts for the owner. I handle PM requests, all payables, receivables, bank recs, invoicing, cam recs, leasing, small project management, and other things I’m probably not thinking of. I have help from the owner (he’s hands on) but the day to day falls on me.

I am remote most of the day as I watch my 10mo old daughter most of the day at home. I still get into the office and to properties when I have child care help. I’m paid as an independent contractor $6k gross per month (no taxes withheld) with a gas card. No real bonuses at the time

I’ve never worked anywhere else and want to know if my pay is above, below, or at market for the job I described. Let me know if I omitted any details necessary.

Book to help with Type A Personality

I am a new father and have a pretty Type A personality. Naturally this has been a big adjustment. Everything is messy, minimal routine, a-lot of go with the flow. All the advice I’ve seen is to just give into the mess and tidy up when kid goes to bed. I try but it still eats at me. I’m hoping for a book rec to deal with “letting go” or “relaxing” with this type of stuff. It’s not in my nature.

Sober New Dad - Bored

I’m a new dad and have been sober for 5 months now. I don’t miss alcohol and I’m pretty happy with my decision. My problem is events and things aren’t that exciting to me. Alcohol was something to look forward to at these things and now they’re just meh. I’m happy to go and enjoy but it’s not that same excitement. Am I realizing I had more serious of a problem than I thought? For 10+ years alcohol drove almost all social events for me.

I want to get excited about things again. Did I fry my dopamine receptors? I could also just be fried from being a new dad.

Just venting and wanted some thoughts. Thanks yall.

2007 Topps Chrome Binder

I am working on collecting all variations of Ladanian tomlinson’s 2007 Topps chrome set. To my knowledge, there are 6 variations of the base, all-pro, league leaders, and league mvp variants.

This leaves for a blank bottom row on each page. Any ideas or parallels I’m missing here? Want to keep it to theme. I have 5 pages total.

First Pack as a Premium Subscriber

This game is so rigged into getting you sucked in. It’s the first time I’ve ever subscribed to the premium pass and this was first pack I opened after buying it. I was getting garbage opening ruler of the skies before this too.

Anyways, what are some good M Ray decks? lol

I’m in the market for a shaving razor with good durability. I keep clean shaven so it will be used fairly frequently. Any recs greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Inexpensive Family Picture Place

I’m looking for recs on a photo place to take a few family pictures. Nothing fancy but some staged pictures that look professional. East side would be a plus.

This recipe changed the game. Best loaf ever. Found it from a year old post in here

I followed this recipe to a T and it made a huge difference. I’ve never made a loaf so good. The recipe is the last picture attached.

New Recipe

I wanted to bake for the first time in a few months yesterday but my typical recipe calls for a leaven the night before. I used the recipe below to make today’s loaf. It’s a bit lower hydration than my typical recipe but I had an easier time shaping and getting tension during the shaping. What tweaks does it need? I’m happy with it but with it being a new recipe I don’t know the pitfalls or tweaks to it. It might be a keeper.

100g Starter
450g Bread Flour
50g Whole Wheat Flour
335g Water
10g Salt

  1. Mix Starter into Warm Water

  2. Add Starter/Water to Flour. Mix. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Do first set of stretch and folds and add salt to each fold. (My first time doing Fermentolyse)

  4. Stretch and folds every 30 min until it passed the window pane test.

  5. Bulk Ferment in oven with light on until 85-90% increase in size. I wanted 100% but seemed to stall out. Took 7 hours.

  6. Pour dough onto counter. Preshape and rest for 20 min.

  7. Final shape, add to banneton, wrap in a plastic grocery bag, add to fridge until morning.

  8. Next morning, preheat Dutch oven and oven to 475° for 30 minutes.

  9. Bake with top on for 25 minutes at 475°.

  10. Remove top, bake for 20 minutes at 450°

Now what? NG+, Missions, Other?

Just finished up the main storyline. I focused on completing the main story and not many missions. Probably have 25 complete. Pokédex is pretty light too. I love side missions but I’m guessing that gets old
Fast. I’ve never completed a Pokédex before but that seems daunting. I’m most used to doing the main stories which makes me think increase difficulty on a new game.

In New Game, what should I bring to maximize my time? I’m not even sure how to get it set up yet.
