Hello. I've never taken a vacation as an adult and I just got laid off from my job so now I have some free time and I pulled the trigger on this. It's Oct. 31-7th to Roatan/Belize/Cozumel and back. I've booked an excursion that includes a meal for all three port days. That seemed like a smart thing to do? Anything else? Is the unlimited soda for $12/day a good idea? I'm not a big alcohol drinker so that one isn't necessary but I will want some pop!

Please, any tips/advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you! The ship is Carnival Dream. I assume there will be people to show you where things are? I def wanna see a comedy show and other entertainment options.

This sucks. I've been alone for a long time so of course the minute someone started paying attention to me I got all up in dem feels about it. This chick showed me every inch of her naked body and acted like she was all about me for a couple weeks and now it's dwindled down to basically nothing. She claims she just doesn't like to look at her phone much and she also admits that she pushes people away (b/c she doesn't feel worthy), and that's exactly what she's done/is doing now. I've gotten maybe five sentences out of her in the past week. I feel like if she was actually really into me that she'd be talking. I did nothing but tell her how I felt about her and I guess that really freaked her out. I was just being honest. 🤷‍♂️

So like I said, I was perfectly okay before her, but now I absolutely crave the attention that I'm now missing. I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to meet people around here b/c it's a small maga town and I'm the opposite of maga. Maga can F all the way off to hell. With the dating apps you have to pay stupid amounts of money in order to see who likes you unless you both happen to match each other, otherwise you just get teased with blurred out pics of the people that have swiped on you. I'm not going to pay for something that isn't a sure thing.

I really, really, really liked this woman. Truthfully it may have been more of a sexual infatuation but I truly did care for and about her and we seemed to line up on things pretty well. Now I'm just sad and pissed off and moping around work and my house all b/c this chick got me addicted to the attention and then more or less shut me out b/c of her own issues.

It's just super frustrating and depressing. I've been on anti-depressants for I think close to a year now and they definitely have helped me to just be content with life instead of not even wanting to be around anymore but this situation has set me back a bit. I met a really cool chick online, on reddit actually. We have a lot in common. She's 16 years younger than me and I truly want to give her the benefit of the doubt but I still wonder if she's just entertaining herself with me to feel good about herself and stroke her ego a bit. This is a worthless post but I watched all of S3 yesterday except for the first two eps which I'd watched a few weeks ago. I watched S1 a couple years after it came out, had never heard of it but a friend mentioned it in passing once. Was thrilled with all the violence and profanity, haha. Waited a long time to watch S2 and then again for S3. For no real good reason, it's just the way it happened. There's so much good tv out there to watch.

Now of course I know what this show is trying to be which is definitely not high art nor "prestige tv" and the action really is great but you could never possibly explain this show to anyone that hasn't seen it other than "over the top sci-fi-techy action spy thriller". Forget trying to explain any of the actual plot and keeping track of all the twists and betrayals and double/triple agents. It's downright eye-rolling and at some point it's just expected, uninteresting, and unable to make me really care about any of it.

Tucci was great though and the action is really good. 😜

We all definitely agree on that, right? But it's part of the charm and enjoyment of it. Plus Jav's putting in an all-timer performance. But the other characters are all so fucking stupid, it's wild. The writing is not logical at all.

I honestly think it's one of the greatest games ever made. First of all, is there anything more fun in any video game ever than web-swinging around NYC? I'm not sure but right now I don't think so.

It's easily the best superhero game ever made, I don't think many players would disagree but this game has some HUGE highs and basically no lows. I do think, like most, that the last act feels a bit rushed and there's not enough actual Venom time in the game but everything else about it makes up for that. The overall story is fucking fantastic. Spectacular, rather!

The boss fights are relentless to the point of almost pissing me off, lol. 3-4 rounds with each one is wild. I just fought Scream last night and I don't know why I expected it to be over quick when I'd already played most of the game and no other boss fights are one-and-dones.

The action overall is just incredible the whole way through. The cinematic cut scenes are some of the best I've ever seen in gaming. I only play single-player action/adventure/rpg games and this one easily sits towards the top. It's also incredible how much it improved over it's predecessor which is a great game in it's own right.

I had pretty much forgotten about most of the stuff that happens in this game and replaying it after 3 years just feels like the first time again and it's such a fucking blast. I even still had my save data so this is a NG+ for me which I never do. Probably my first NG+. So much fucking fun.
