I will have larger quantities of grains on hand and I want to do a try on beer.

I have no experience and would like to try some farmhose brewing without rules, what i believe i will do is simply use barley and oats as base and then wormwood I grow for the bitters because i don’t grow hops.

now to what i need help with: the barley needs malting and to that i want to use unmalted oats just because i think id like the creaminess people say it ads. I can throw everything into a pot and simply boil it and se if what comes out is beer-ish, but id rather have a starting-line I can fuck off from.

how will the malted barley need to be prepared as to not kill the enzyme-reaction to brake down the starches, and how much will it affect the unmalted oats?

as to the barley it is regular barley and not the two row barley. The grains is nothing fancy and just used for serial/feed. yeast will most likely just be a fucking sourdough starter because again, its what is made inhouse.

I'm a big fan of creativity within constraints, I like to keep it simple, keep it limited and do the best i can within those parameters.

What would you chose to include if you only had 3 bottles? what drinks would you make?

for example, daiquiris are among my favorit, so I'd combine equal parts of lime to agave syrup for one bottle and have that for all drinks requiring citrus and syrup.

for the liquor id use planetary 3 star and use it for all drinks requiring white sprits.

then the last botle being gunpowder gin, the gin is simply for the love of gin.

I want suppliers who can do printing/emboss-deboss on ~0,5mm paper-baked PU/PVC and in-line or secondary die cutting to specifik measurements.

I have a hard time finding a supplier/manufacturer in the EU, so I am looking for help/advice.

If I would go the rout of manufacturing it myself I need advice as the order of processes should look like.

how would the simplest way be to produce sheets to specific dimensions, paperback, deboss and die-cuts? there should be an emboss on the PU-side, and regular print/text on the paper-side. I want as little waist as possible

I have only done outsourcing, but am completely new manufacturing lines myself.
