Station Displays Not Showing Departure Time/Pulling a Switcheroo
I live in Ashburn and usually take the Silver Line into work, and for many errands that require a car.
Even though this has been noted in a sticky, the departure time displayed at Ashburn never shows when a train is leaving the station.
This is incredibly confusing and frustrating, especially since there are often two trains occupying the platform, making the guessing game even harder.
This morning, I got on a train in Ashburn that stated “departing in six minutes.” At the last minute, someone made it the later departing one. While the other on the other platform (that had just arrived) departed suddenly.
Seriously! What gives!
My commute into DC from Ashburn is already long and frustrating enough.

Still Worth Moving Bilt Points to Hyatt?
I have some upcoming travel booked in Central Europe booked for this summer. I also have roughly 79k in Bilt Points sitting around (I did not get the new card).
The Hyatt award rates seem reasonable, even after the recent devaluation.
I’ll be there for 14 or so days and visiting three cities. General room rates via the portal range from $98-250 or so per night.
Going off of this, would it still be a waste to transfer my Bilt points to Hyatt? Or should I hold them for a more attractive program like Alaska Atmos, etc.

15K for United Domestic Economy Via Aeroplan: Good Deal or Not?
I have a bunch of points that I transferred to Aeroplan earlier this year for an upcoming trip. However, I need to cancel the trip for a variety of personal reasons.
I was thinking of using some of these points to book a quick domestic trip to visit a friend.
Would 15K (one-way) in United economy class be considered a good deal or a good use of these Aeroplan points?
I also have the United Club Card (I live in a UA Hub City). However, a similar redemption here isn't as good a deal, even factoring in the free bags.
So what should I do? Use the Aeroplan points or just book with cash?

Frost Rivers Vs. Duluth Pack Vs. Bleu de Chauffe
I lost my old MiUSA Filson Journeyman Backpack (trust me, this sucks big time). So I am actively looking to replace it. However, I'm unhappy that Filson appears to have offshored the production of the Journeyman to the magical land of "Imported."
Therefore, I'm looking at alternatives to the Filson Journeyman.
I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on these three packs? I'd mainly be using it to carry a laptop + my phone, wallet, keys, etc., along with some semi-frequent travel.
I am looking to spend roughly $250- $ 500. I've heard varying things about all three of these bags. Eg. I read a comment on Reddit that Duluth Packs "weren't worth the money," for example.
