Since then, I've received multiple explanations (panel confirmation, AI call, client evaluation), but no offer letter or BGV has started. Now they're asking me to interview for a different TCS project. Is this normal in TCS/vendor hiring, or does it usually mean the original project is on hold or cancelled?
