Am I still supposed to dump 13 years out post RNY?

I was in the hospital not too long ago and my doctor said that it’s “quite unlikely” that I’d still dump 13 years out. What’s strange is it’s very unpredictable. I could have had a food a million times before, then I’ll suddenly dump. For example: low fat string cheese. Recently had the same brand I’d always used, and I dumped so bad. I only had that cheese for a snack with nothing else. So my question is, those of you who are as fat out as I am, do you still dump? It’s getting ridiculous. I’m not looking for medical advice. I just wanted to see if anyone is in a similar boat. Thanks!

My antibiotic is a tablet inside of a capsule. I’m curious as to why?

Recently found these at Trader Joe’s and I’m obsessed!

These are so good! 10/10 recommend! If you can find them, you should definitely try.

What should I make with this?

I recently tried a feta and lemon vinaigrette and it was delicious. I was thinking of a sheet pan meal, but not sure how to go about getting enough of the flavors on everything without using too much oil. I enjoy bolder taste on my foods not just the flavors of the vapors from the foods together under foil. Any suggestions? If so, how would I do it?

Ingredients I’m thinking of using:

-Chicken breast
-Multi colored bite size potatoes
-Multi colored cherry tomatoes
-Fat free feta
-Lemmon juice
-Onions

I also have tons of spices and pantry items. So if you have an alternate idea, I’m all ears. Thanks!

How to feel comfortable taking risks in therapy?

For those of you further into your recovery, how did you end up feeling comfortable taking risks in a therapeutic relationship? I try so hard to remind myself that everything will be ok, but 95% of the time I chicken out. I’ve had some very unhelpful therapists over the years. And some who were downright toxic themselves. It has made it EXTREMELY difficult for me to trust, and feel comfortable.

Things are getting kinda bad again, and I know I need to open up in order to change.

Thanks in advance for any advice or help you can suggest.

Help finding supportive plus sized underwear?

Hello, everyone! My name is Dex, and I’m new here. I’m a plus sized female on a health journey. I’m wondering if I could get some advice on supportive underwear. I’ve been looking for a long time to find some supportive underwear that I can wear to the gym. All the current ones I own aren’t cutting it. As I’ve lost some weight, I’ve gotten more of an apron belly and it’s becoming too much for me. I sweat EXCESSIVELY in normal conditions, so this is quite a lot. The skin under my apron is quite raw, even with prescription powders and anti fungals. I don’t know what to do about this anymore and is screwing with my mental health A LOT. I’ve become quite irrationally upset over this situation, and I can’t stop crying. I don’t know why. So if you’ve found magic undies that will help hold an apron belly, these are things I’d love:

\-size 26/28
\-good amount of compression (need something that will hold everything in decently)
\-not insanely expensive (mid range is ok)

Other than that, please help me. Thank you so much! I appreciate your help more than you’ll ever know ❤️

Massachusetts, USA. Chicken stir-fry 8/10. My favorite meal here.

All vegetables are very fresh. As is the chicken. Very tasty meal. We have a menu to choose our meals from.

Not sure if this is an ok place to ask this question, please delete if not allowed. I’ll be having another surgery next month requiring an admission afterwards. I run very hot. I’m often paired in a room with an older or elderly person, and they are always cold. So instead of me freezing them out, I’ll just adapt my ways. My room temp last month was set to a comfy (for her) 70 degrees, and I died of heat. The amount of instant cold packs I went through, would cause the environmentally conscious person to stroke. So I’m looking to purchase a portable fan for my hospital “go bag”. These are some requirements:

-needs to be rechargeable
-needs a decent amount of power
-needs to be able to be shoved into a backpack

If you’re like me (chronically ill and chronically hot), I’d love to hear what works for you. Thanks!
