Good afternoon, dudes and dudettes. I have been experiencing troubles recently, particularly with my jiggly bits.
I decided to experiment with my furniture, and invented a new way to listen to music. I have strapped a JBL speaker to a dining chair.
I first attempted to listen to some classical music, but the vibrations were weak at best. So I stepped it up a notch, put on some wubstep, and it opened up my floodgates instantly.
I was shocked, and so were my parents who were watching, waiting to eat dinner. The song was The Last Judgment by Shades if anyone wanted to know.
Has anyone experienced this problem (or reward?). I’m trying to gather others so we can make a convention and maybe a rehab service with fellow wub-wetters.
We started chatting on hinge a few weeks ago. I never really use dating apps but I thought I’d give it a go.
We met in person, and it started off slightly awkward (was totally expecting this). But those worries subsided fairly quickly. We met up at a cute coffee shop, walked around the city going to various record and vintage shops, and talked for quite a while.
The overall experience was great, and at the end, I asked her if she was up for a second date. She said yes!
I’m going to be honest, I wasn’t expecting her to say this (as it was my first time dating ever). But clearly things went well for the both of us.
Excited to see where things head!
(+ hospital records vinyl shop Easter egg!)
We both loved the look of these old SYSTEM carnival slip mats, but we couldn’t find any anywhere (going to assume they’re pretty rare). So I decided to recreate it. Was a bit of a pain since I could only find one photo of em.
Think they came out pretty good, and we’re both chuffed. Took about 30 mins of editing to make.
Picture 1:
Loefah, Coki - Disko Rekah / All Of A Sudden (absolute classics!!)
Kahn - Dread / Late Night Blues (another all timer)
Picture 2:
ENiGMA Dubz - Crystal Visions / Tampa - Test Press (first of many, big ups deep tempo!)
Rough trade had a few 50th anniversary records left in store. Also had to pick up the burial vinyl as it was only £4.99!! Great day.
Missed the online drop. Walked in and there were 5-6 left. Couldn’t believe it. This was in Nottingham.
