i can't decide if the remaster i worth it

i've tried it for 2 hours on a dacia and spain VH campaign and it feels like the graphics are kinda useless since i don't look up at clashes closely and mostly just micro

Graphics wise it kinda feels weird the OG rome 1 feels like a abstraction while the remastered sits in a weird place in between realistic and abstraction

Rx580 8gb or gtx 1060 6gb

I can't decide both of them are the same price

6gb vs 8gb is basically the same

gtx 1060 has cuda, it's driver support ended later

Rx 580 has driver level fsr (though it doesn't matter for linux), third party drivers

I will use these mainly for gaming, maybe making some gaming videos, experimenting with coding and light llms

Would being a doctor give me a better chance compared to engineering at moving to the USA

It's the college application period where I live and after getting a pretty good placement I have the option of either being an engineer or a doctor.

i've heard somewhere that doctors had a higher chance due to not requiring H-1b sponsorship

My plan for engineering is to do my master's in the USA and in the mean time look for a job but the lottery kinda ruins this plan so i am probably going to do this instead if i do engineering

F-1 -> STEM OPT ->H-1B -> employee sponsored EB-2 or EB-3

BTW if i go engineering i will either pick Electrical-Engineering Or Mechanical engineering

Should i learn C or C++ as my first programming language?

I mainly want it for making games (Not UE5 or Unity) though i might also use it for embedded systems later if i choose to become an EE

Part of the FAQ i have a question about is:

...make 2D/3D games JavaScript, C#, or C++ (more)
...program Arduinos/micro-controllers/robots C

Can't i also use C++ for micro controllers as well does C have more benefits

What faction should i play to learn what warhammer 3 is like?

I got like 800 hours on the total war series so i know how the games work generally. i just wonder which faction should i play to decide on whatever i refund the game or not.

I've done 1 run with karl franz for like an hour which seemed to go well reiksguard were my favorite unit for flanking stuff and chasing routers

I've tried Tyrion as well but i don't really care for the elves and i can't seem to control their dragons ability for some reason (it maybe bugged i tried it in warhammer 2) i know he's strong he can destroy the cult of excess in like 2 turns but i kinda found it boring i don't like missile units much i am more of a cav guy

I currently own warhammer 1 and warhammer 2 so i only have the base factions from those games

when should i trigger realm divide in a very hard long chosokabe campaign?

it's currently 1564 and i am building 3 ideal armies 1 for defense and 2 for attacking the mainland

i own kyushu, the tosa island and a small part of the mainland and have like 10k income

edit: also i am christian and have 5 missionaries inciting revolts everywhere guarded by ninjas

I feel like christianity is OP

-You get complete dominance in the seas so you can get every trade note

-everyone will hate you but they already hate you anyways

-kyushu tends to become christian in my experience so you wont have much problems there

-you can incite revolts

-losing access to bow warrior monks sucks but you can find substitutes for them or you can just spam more people since you will be filthy rich

-You will have the power of GOD and ANIME on your side

Edit: also matchlocks are SO GOOD in defensive sieges

How do i win on very hard in shogun 2 FOTS?

as the title says it's very hard i started as the tosa clan i conquered like 3 settlements but i can't really attack anyone because they have absurd stacks of levy infantry which suck but it doesnt matter they suck because i can't afford like 2 units for garrisons

so uh what do i kinda do in this game

this is my first playthrough i started with a wanderer dude in a ruined town there was a bar and nothing else so i just kinda wandered around a bit and looted dead corpses did some mining got extorted

then i started walking and came across some dudes named shek or something like that while being chased by like 20 dudes the guards killed them but nothing really happened in town i was gonna buy a backpack but it looked like it would slow me down so i didn't

then i followed the road and came across some hive and got randomly attacked by 3 giant beak things but the hiveman killed them so i just looted them as well so far i got about 5800 money

is this like rimworld or something i can't really figure out what to do i might just buy a house or something but i fear the town will be raided
