As the title says. In florida and the rainy season is coming up. What coat is there that keeps me rather dry(drier?)

As the title says.

I like to take stuff to work and have been using a plastic bag, but it's inconvient. I'd love to be able to toss stuff in a basket and be on my way, especially if I have a few groceries.
