Downloaded the mobile version of this game and I'm unable to play on any scenarios. I'm only able to play on maps with randomized countries.

Is there a way to unlock these scenarios?

Basically if you get sent a message similar to this (even if it's your friend) it's fake and you need to block them. They will tell you they false reported your account for something and want you to contact someone named Jermey myers.
