Looking for feedback on my app screenshots

I launched an app that’s doing decently well, I just crossed 1,000 downloads but I want to work on ASO. I'd love some honest feedback on my App Store screenshots. My conversion rate is around 10-11% and I'm trying to figure out if the screenshots are helping or hurting.

The app is called ReadyRoom AI. It helps people prepare for appointments (medical, legal, therapy, financial, etc.) by generating personalized question lists based on their situation. It’s natively Swift coded, and I worked hard on translating the screenshots in all 14 localized languages.

I recently updated the screenshots to inject some life into them. If you look at my profile you can see the older ones.

Here's the listing: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6761343169

Specific things I'm wondering about:
- Do the screenshots communicate what the app does quickly enough?
- Does the visual style feel trustworthy for a health/productivity app?

Open to any and all feedback. Thanks!

Just crossed over 1,000 downloads!

ReadyRoom AI just crossed 1,000 downloads and I'm still sitting at a 5.0 rating. Loving all the feedback I've gotten!

For anyone who hasn't seen it, the app helps you prepare for any appointment where you need to ask the right questions. Doctor visits, therapy sessions, dental, legal consultations, financial advisors, or whatever else. You describe your situation and it generates a personalized prep kit so you walk in knowing exactly what to ask. 14 languages supported.

Seeing purchases come in from Taiwan, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and other countries I never expected to reach has been wild.

If you've used it, I'd love to hear how your appointment went!

[Self-Promotion] My app is fully localized in 14 languages with translated screenshots for each

Just launched the latest update to my Swift coded iOS app called ReadyRoom AI that generates personalized prep kits for any appointment type. Just finished translating everything across 14 languages, including the actual in-app screens in every App Store screenshot.

So if you're browsing the App Store in Japanese, German, Korean, or any of the other languages, the screenshots show the app running in that language, not just English with translated captions slapped on top.

Languages: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Japanese, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, and Swedish.

Free to try, $4.99 lifetime. Would love feedback from anyone who speaks one of these languages on how the translations look.

I made an app that preps you for appointments so you don't freeze up when you get there (mod approved)

I got permission from the mods to share this here.

I have anxiety and one of my worst patterns has always been going into appointments, blanking on everything I wanted to say, and then just agreeing with whatever the other person says so I can leave faster. Doctor visits, therapy, card dealership, etc. I'd spend the whole drive home frustrated with myself for not speaking up.

So I built an app to help other people avoid these situations. ReadyRoom AI lets you describe your situation in plain language before you go in, something like "therapy session tomorrow, I feel like we keep covering the same ground and I don't know how to bring it up." It generates a full prep kit: specific questions to ask, what to bring, red flags to watch for, and exact phrases to use if you feel dismissed or rushed.

Some of my earliest and biggest supporters were people who reached out to tell me they were neurodivergent and that appointments make them nervous. That meant a lot to me because it confirmed the app was helping with the exact thing I built it for: not having to organize your thoughts under pressure in real time. You just prep beforehand when there's no stress, pull the kit up on your phone when you're there, and actually say what you needed to say.

There's also a caregiver mode if you're prepping on behalf of someone else, and the app works in 10 languages.

Free to try (1 prep, no account needed). $4.99 one-time lifetime unlock for unlimited preps and a saved library. No subscription. No data collected or stored. Solo dev, Swift Coded.

Happy to answer any questions or hear feedback.

Thanks for your time! Genuinely hope this helps some people.

I built ReadyRoom AI to solve a problem I've both experienced and seen - people getting ignored or steamrolled at appointments. This is a tool to help you go in with the upper hand.

You describe your upcoming appointment and what's going on. The app generates a custom prep kit with:

  • Prioritized questions to ask (with why each matters)
  • Documents and items to bring
  • Red flags to watch for
  • Exact phrases to say if you feel dismissed
  • Follow-up actions after the appointment

Works across 9 categories: medical, legal, auto/mechanic, school/IEP, financial, home services, real estate, civic, and other. 10 languages. Caregiver mode for prepping on someone else's behalf. Share your prep kit via link.

Built natively in SwiftUI with Anthropic's Claude API. 900+ downloads, 5.0 rating, 18 reviews.

One free prep to try. Lifetime unlock is $2.99 right now (normally $4.99).

Happy to answer any questions about the build or the app.

About a week and a half ago, I changed my app's pricing model from a fixed price to freemium.

AppRaven automatically picked up this change and posted it in the "Apps Gone Free" category.

This actually drove a lot of traffic to my app, but by the time I even knew that AppRaven existed, the app feature within AppRaven had been downvoted a ton with a lot of negative comments. I had also received emails because the paywall had not gone live at that time, delayed by apple's review team. Perfect storm.

Ultimately it put my app in the spotlight under false pretenses, leading to a lot of angry users who felt mislead. I’ve gotten a lot of feedback on my app as it has grown and make prompt changes. I am always open to criticisms, but it sucks to have your app in the spotlight when it’s falsely advertised in a way you had no control over.

I think what AppRaven does is cool, but I feel that this should be worked on a bit so future users don't get screwed the same way.

The app in question:

Photo 1 - Homescreen (in a new color), Photo 2 - new "follow-up questions" feature, Photo 3 -library of pre-built tips, Photo 4 - new share link feature

Thank you for all of the support I have gotten on my journey with this app - almost 1,000 downloads!

For those who aren't familiar, ReadyRoom AI is basically an appointment prep app to help users advocate for themselves before appointments. Whether it's a mechanic trying to upsell you, or your doctor that spends 3 minutes with you and dismisses your concerns, it is unfortunately common that people feel powerless.

You pick your appointment type, describe your situation, and it gives you a full prep kit in seconds. This includes questions to ask, red flags to watch out for and exact phrases to advocate for yourselves.

Just shipped v4.0 with some big additions:

- You can now ask follow-up questions on any prep kit

- Browse a library of 30+ appointment types with pre-built tips

- Total of 7 color themes to personalize it (hence the red screenshots)

- Share your kit as a link so whoever is going with you is on the same page

On pricing: I never wanted this to be a subscription app. The core experience is still free to try (3 preps) and $4.99 one-time for unlimited. But I got feedback from users who wanted deeper features like follow-up questions and a reference library, so I added an optional Pro+ subscription for those. The one-time unlock with unlimited prompt access isn't going anywhere.

Supports 10 languages. Would love feedback from anyone who tries it.
