I just got an email saying that Collective Soul’s concert near me on Friday night has been postponed; Does anyone know why?

I have an extra general admission lawn ticket to tonight’s show in Mansfield that I bought before my life got a little crazy and I wound up temporarily homeless recently. I just moved into a new apartment on Saturday and I’m exhausted from getting everything all settled in there so I’m not up for going to the show tonight. PM me if interested.

Will letting the same mortgage lender hard-pull my credit multiple times hurt my score each time, or only the first time?

I was encouraged by my mortgage lender to get added to a family member’s credit card in order to raise my score, but I think it may have hurt my credit. What I’m wondering is, do I get credit for the longevity of the account or does that get reflected as a brand new credit line on my report?
