Fly100% - the King of the Orcs - has returned?!

Fly100% - the King of the Orcs - has returned?!

Fly100% is currently on a Warcraft 3 playing streak, particular on the W3champions platform during Season 25.

having skipped Season 23 entirely and spending the majority of season 22 playing night elf on w3champions, Fly100% also played little during Season 24.

However, everythings changed during Season 25. Fly100% already surpassed the amount of games played in the early stages of season 25 and he has been playing a lot of Orc which pleases me greatly 🥹

Enjoying XlorD Orc micro and playstyle.

XlorD is a retired professional Undead player from German and he has recently began playing many games on W3champions during Season 25.

The result has been some fantastic games vs Tekko, another active German player. I am particular please to see XlorD return to Warcraft 3 activity, as his playstyle seems grounded almost entirely in fundamentals and solid micro control.

Xlord, to me, seems like the opposite of a gimmicky cheesy player. Perhaps his decision to play RND is a way to shake off rust, or perhaps it allows him an advantage his vast game experience knows how to take advantage of.

Can I creep like Lin Guagua? Fastest Far Seer route spotted!

I saw this creeping route when watching Lin Guagua's youtube channel (@war3linguagua‬) and I thought i was very fast + cool.

So naturally, I aim to be fast and cool. I have been wishing for this since elementary school, and although it remains to be seen which one of us is faster at running, I know for a fact that Lin Guagua is faster than me at creeping. That isn't too big of a deal, as I plan on learning from Lin Guagua and not so much playing him in an Orc vs. Orc mirror.

Each game gets more and more abnormal Feat. Hitman, Shiek, XlorD, Says0

A collection of some odd and entertaining games that showcase why top ladder grinding Warcraft 3 can be very different than tournament meta Warcraft 3. There are looser emotions, more tilt and at times more creative freedom on the ladder; that makes me very curious as a Warcraft 3 watcher.

Enjoy!

Hazy playing the most absurd strategy - Rnd, undead.

I like how playing random gives you an implicitly advantage and hazy, is young enough (23) and skilled enough (KK ladder #1 champ) to take advantage of it in the form of ridiculous all in rushes.

PICO Engineers @ AWE 2026 on what excites them most bout project SWAN

Team PICO was in attendance at AWE 2026, a massive XR + AI event that took place July 14-17th in Longbeach, California.

The topic of AI and enhanced developer tools was popular and all sorts of thinkers were discussing how to best build from scratch or migrate existing experiences to a completely new immersive environment.

If you are interested in being a part of a project SWAN user test, respond in this thread!

Mass Batriders! Jens vs. Hitman 2600+ MMR meta?

I have much love for the solo blademaster creeping into mass batriders strategy vs. night elf. So i was really happy to see Jens vs Hitman on the W3champions ladder result in not one, but TWO games involving the same strategy.

Jens is prepared and does a great job showing what Night Elf can do well.

What if Huntresses had more efficient healing from moon wells?

Seems like a way to buff two duds with one idea.

Only one item can salvage this Warcraft 3 game...

Orc mirror can be volatile, but that somehow benefits the losing orc who manages to make a hail mary that works!

Hitman's latest strategy is TOO simple to work... right?!

I love Hitman and his grindy ladder ways. If the Punisher played Orc I think it would resemble Hitman gameplay.

But this latest streak of disrespect against human players … maybe Human vs. Orc Fast expo “IS” a little too strong in Orc favor right now?

Seems like a nice timing attack with a lot of grunts and farseer lvl2 direwolfs.

The anxiety of competitive, ranked gaming.

I feel like many gamers across many different subreddits of competition relate with this. My experience is with Warcraft 3, Street Fighter and Super Smash Bros. Melee, but the fundamentals of online gaming stress is real.

Do you struggle to hit the ranked button? Do you get queue blue? Let me know!

Warcraft 3 has been dying for 24 years, fellow moths.

Altar of Champions has got this gaming brain thinking about casual competitive and how important I think it is.

We should encourage entertaining types of embrace the best genre ever made. Not for any serious pressure or need, but for the plain reality of organic esports community being something that exist within us.

Tl;DR (or watch): the dead game idea is largely discussed by players who don’t realize how relatively small their own circle of influence needs to be in order to keep niche communities afloat for decades.

When you aren’t the strongest micro player, strategy can save you.

As i continue learning Warcraft 3 and furthering my obsession with the game, i’ve noticed how important making the correct decisions are, even when compared with successfully executing mechanical tricks like surrounds, body blocks, micro saves etc.

i learn the most from games where one bad TP or a failed expo attempt is the biggest influence. As someone who tries to raise my MMR, watching these games back make me realize my macro needs work and i’m saved often by superior decision making, not superior clicking.
