Help on used mini

Hey, hope everyone is well.
My gf was looking to buy this mini as her first car.

I’ll share some pics and you guys can help me tell me if it’s worth it.

Seller is selling it for 4700$ CAD

118k km

And if it is worth buying, what are some known problems to look out for and maintenance to further prevent those issues. Thanks

Best bonnet for cutting AND finishing one step paint correction?

Hey everybody, hope everyone is well.
I have a 2019 civic SI in rallye red that i just bought and want to do a 1 step paint correction. What i know is that i need to decon ( tar and iron remover for chemical and clay for mechanical ) before actually doing the paint correction.
I have a simoniz random orbital polisher at home and i don’t really want to spend 100+ dollars on a DA or even rotary polisher for a 1 time use. I have a 3D one hybrid polish and a hybrid solutions spray ceramic sealant to protect the paint after. My question is, what “bonnet” should i use, the simoniz polisher doesn’t come with pads but with bonnets that you put. Should i get microfiber? a foam pad? a wool pad? My paint is not that bad but i still want to cut some imperfections and enhance the gloss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tire stretch experts, some advice?

Hey yall, hope everyone is good.
Simply, I have some 235/40/18 on my 18 x 9.5 wheels. I have ran more stretch in the past but had NO knowledge at all and debeaded because of lack of tire pressure…Now before i make the same mistake, i wanted to ask, is 235/40 on a 9.5 “dangerous” and how much PSI I should run? I do lots of highway driving with occasional backroad/sporited driving. I bought some TPMS sensors so i can always keep track of my pressure and not debead again. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
