Do Tums At Night Count?

So I take 1.5mg pill in the morning and most nights I take tums once or twice a night- usually around 2am but sometimes 12am or 4am.
I take the pill around 730am before work.

I know it’s supposed to be on empty stomach but does taking Tums at night count? Has anyone had experience with Wegovy losing effectiveness if taken not long after taking Tums or drinking water during night?

I also think “fasting” is by definition 8 hrs of nothing taken by mouth.
Anyone help me out?

Got Prescribed 4mg by Dr. for the First Time. Should I Take it?

So I read that 1.5mg is the dose to take first but my Dr. prescribed 4mg (I didn't know when I saw her). I don't know if she did that intentionally but I'm still waiting on finding out but her office is so busy it has taken more than a week and still haven't heard from her.

Has anyone started off Wegovy pill at 4mg and how did it work for you?

Does it take signifantly long to earn the indirect and direct counseling hours an LPC- Associate needs if working as a school counselor?

Would it take significantly longer to earn my direct and indirect hours needed as an associate if I got my hours as a school counselor instead of earning my hours in a private practice? As a school counselor, how many direct and indirect hours do you actually do? Some people tell me it's alot of paperwork and others tell me middle and elementary school would give me more hours while high school is "mainly 504" while other people have said high school would give me more hours than middle/elementary.

So you can see why I'm confused. Any share insight?

So freaking bummed that I can't do Immersion Reading on my Kindle!

I have ADHD and listening while reading a book has completely changed the game for my focus. Unfortuanetly, I can't do both on my kindle device. And I know I can do both on my iphone with the app, but I never liked using that because the screen is tiny and I am already used to, and love, the screen of my kindle signature paperwhite. What are my options then? I wonder if they will ever allow immersion reading on the actual device- seems such common sense to make work.

I’m a woman and love this show- I started watching it when I found out Mr. Lawrence, the man behind my fave college show Scrubs as well as Shrinking, was also behind Ted Lasso.
Plus I absolutely adore Brett Goldstein.

Yet, I don’t know any women personally that are huge fans of the show- they like it but it seems that it males that are always commenting and leaving reviews saying how awesome it is.

Just curious- if the pattern I’m noticing holds up.
Do you know as much female fans as male fans; or rather, females that like it as much.

Dr. took too long notifying pharmacy so now without meds DURING my last 2 Days of Finals for grad school.

So of these 2 choices, what do you predict will come closest to what 40mg of Vyvanse does for me:

1.) taking One 50mg of Vyvanse
OR
2.) taking _# of 5mg doses of IR Adderall?

Which comes closest to 40mg of Vyvanse if could take a guess. Those are the only ADHD meds I have on hand and haven’t ever tried them to temporarily replace my usual dosage, but REALLY need that focus for my finals. Literally just TWO days left.

What do you think?
