Yes, I know he'd get in on the action some, but I feel like deep down Pig was a spicy bluesman, not really a psychedelic space wizard. I guarantee you he would sometimes be caught yawning during Dark Star 😂

Looking for any information on these pieces my mother gave me. I live in an area of the U.S. with very little turquoise; local jewelers could not tell me anything about them.

I play in two pick up leagues (USSSA & NSA). Bottom of the barrel no rules beer league. I don’t need anything fancy, just something. I’ve been told don’t waste my money, but are these options really that bad?

I live in the country and they’re the only available bats locally. When I bring these up to tournament players they always say don’t waste yourt money, but if you saw the teams and style we play, you’d realize it’s not that serious and anything that’s not dead would do well.

Having trouble sourcing official Mets on-field hat with matching blue undervisor. Reference photo doesn’t show or tell but other websites have it as black.

Mets wear blue hats with blue undervisors on the field, but everything online is either grey, green, or black.

Edit: turns out I’m color blind or possibly regular blind as the Mets have never worn hats with blue undervisors.

I’m of the opinion that abandoning ship now would be worse. I’m in favor of riding out David Stearns and Carlos Mendoza through the season. If we’re still in last place by August, then maybe MAYBE you fire both and clean house, or possibly give Stearns one more offseason to try to right the ship.

It’s a long season, and if Stearns really is the guy, one or two off years is worth it for a decade of 90+ win baseball.
