Hi folks! I have a gnat infestation in my tub. The holes have filters over them, so they must be coming from inside. What do y'all suggest? When I see them in there, I open the bin and either kill them or shoo them away. The fruits seem fine though. I dried and ate some last weekend, no worries.

This is an auto-flower plant...I don't know why it needed more lights to start flowering, but it seems like that's what it needed. Am I correct that I'm seeing flowers starting to grow on the top? I'm not seeing much on the lower parts. Is it a good idea to remove some of the larger leaves near the lower section in the hopes of getting more light to that party and helping the plant utilize its energy more efficiently?
So far, nobody seems to know what this is...
Ok, so this is subtropicalis and about 3 weeks ago, I saw the dreaded trich forming on two spots on this cake... both were neat the same end of the cake...I beat them down with peroxide abs they didn't come back but I did get these words yellowish patches near those spots...I decided to extricate that section as aseptically as possible... all was going well until about a week ago, when I started seeing these weird patches that look like someone took a finger and pressed down... not sure what it is...as a precaution, I've already inoculated another grain bag with more subtropicalis spores... had anybody seen this before or just happen to know what it is?
What's good folks! I have this Permanent Marker autoflower and it has been in the beg stage since early June...I have the grow lights on a 12/12 cycle... it's getting water from the vivosun base...temp is about 75-76 degrees... there is a fan for circulation of air... the soil is Fox Farm with plenty nutrients plus I've added a bit of NPK solution to the water... can anybody give advice on getting this to flower?...1st time grower here.
I noticed that there are gnats in my watering base today! I bought some mosquito dunks online, gonna break off pieces and put some in this base...anybody else do this before? I just want to make sure this will not hurt my plants...or me Lol... online searching says it is OK as the dunks only affect the gnat larvae and not plants or people.

I have a 2015 renegade with a key ignition. I don't see the setting for ACC on the ignition. Can you turn the key back and still listen to the radio? I tried it and saw all kinds of lights still lit up on the instrument cluster... check engine light, tpms, all sorts of things...I turned it off since it didn't look right to me... I've had plenty of cars, none of them ever did that when I turned the key to ACC... please advise.
Hi folks! I've been growing cubes for the last few years but recently my daughter got me an LC of P. azurescens! I haven't been interested in reading any wood loving species out of concern for WLP...I am claustrophobic and can't bear to feel like I can't breathe/move!...I feel like I read that cultivated wood loving species don't give WLP like wild species do. What are your thoughts on this? Also, what other supplies will I need to get started on this grow?..if I do decide to attempt to grow them
I'm not sure what this is, y'all. This is my Natal Moon tub. It's been producing some very enlightening fruits with no problems. I harvested a flush yesterday and noticed all this stuff growing in the corner. The fruits looked totally fine, inside and outside. Anybody ever get this stuff on their cakes before?
These grew really small, but man, they do pack a punch! 1g of these was way more intense than I expected...in the best way! The visuals were not as strong as 1g of its parent, NSS, but they were definitely present. Great euphoria too. I was looking out of my back porch door and watching a family of rabbits, 2 babies and a parent. My daughter (24) came to look also, during that time we started talking about all kinds of things which eventually led to my opening up and talking about my childhood... telling her about some of the painful parts of my life that involved the domestic violence I witnessed as a child that ultimately led to my mother's death... these are tykes I don't really talk about a lot... after it happened, the kids in my school used to make fun of it, which was really hard to deal with for an 11 year old... it was very therapeutic to let those things out after so many years of keeping them inside, calcified in a protective shell... these mushrooms really brought me to a place of discovery and introspection...I took them at 6:30pm and I swear to you that I still had mild visuals at 12:30am!...I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and like I had a real breakthrough! The afterglow was in full effect also! 10 outta 10 for these, even if the morphology was way different than any of the ones I've seen online.
I waited to see if they would grow bigger, and I feel like I waited too long...they were very soft and squishy... like they were full of water, which made them hard to tartar and pull...more than that, though, their size also made it very difficult to twist and pull...I totally mangled my substrate...I have a pair of harvesting scissors that are designed for harvesting shrooms and it was no help with these... there were so many, I had to put some of them in the fridge in a paper bag until I get off work today... just clearing the excess substrate off these was extremely time consuming!!...I hope the next flush grows larger fruits!... we'll see Lol
Man... there are so many of these! Lol... I'm just not sure when they should be harvested... usually I go by the caps and start pulling them once the caps open fully (for most strains) but these jawns don't really fit that same technique...I can't see the stipes at all on most of these. Plus, I thought they would come out larger...I got this tub full of couscous over here Lol...anybody that's ever grown these got any advice on when to harvest?
Hey, y'all! Updates on the Permanent Marker grow. I watched several videos on LST... I got some plant training wire and tried to train this part of the plant, but it keeps turning back up towards the light. Lol... thoughts?... advice?... Thanks in advance for your help!
Hey y'all! I want to know if I should put a plant mat under my 5gal pot? The plant is in the basement and it's about 68F when I check the temp with a digital temp gun. I checked it by pointing it at the dirt in the pot. Also, I want this plant to grow wider than it is tall. Should I "top" it by pinching of the upper portion? If so, where would it be recommended that I pinch it exactly? I've never done it before and do not want to fuck up this plant... it's the furthest I've ever gotten!!
Hey guys. I need to get a good vacuum pump to try and help with this problem. I bought one before online and it was terrible! Almost turned me away from these devices completely as it was very expensive and didn't get the job done. I was never able to get a good seal and, therefore, no good vacuum. Here are some progress pics of my permanent marker auto-flower grow. This is my 1st grow! I bought this as a seedling from a local place here. Repotted to a 5gal soft pot about a week and a half back. I have grow lights on a 16/8 setting. Water it every 48 hrs or so depending on moisture. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
So...I have a nice shoebox tote going...I'm piping in humidity which seems to be going well...I have a great mat under a wire rack under the inflatable tub...I sent this on Saturday night and it seems like it's just going to give me more blobs...I cased with Jiffy after waiting until the entire cake was white with myc...I have a thermometer and a humidity probe in the mix to help keep things dialed in... anybody see anything wrong with this setup?...oh btw, the foil is wrapped around the lower half to help maintain temp from the heat mat or else it just radiates out into the area and makes it harder to keep temperatures...
What's good y'all? I need some help setting this Cloudforge T3. I want to set the humidity level to between 80-85%. Anybody got any idea how? I tried finding videos on YouTube but they're all doing unboxing and assembly of the units but not showing how to actually program the thing. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
