Quest 2

I have the opportunity to get a quest two for $100. I use a three and my kid uses a 3s - I’m looking for something for my daughter-in-law, would a 2 work for fit XR and Supernatural?

Adding Reta

I’ve been on tirz for 6.5 months, stalled for 6 weeks, and have been planning on adding Reta and possibly titrating down on tirz. I’ve had very few side effects with tirz, and am on 10mg a week now, lost 34 lbs.

Would you start at 1mg or 2mg Reta?

Nextmeds Plans

I went through the intake process. I have not ordered yet, but this is what it says 119 a month on a month-to-month plan and to get $99 you have to go for a year. It looks to be the same as Trinity - there’s nowhere to choose additives, but you do have the standard questions on if you want to build muscle which I would assume would give you glycine

When should I see shipping?

I understand why this didn’t ship on the 23rd or 24th but I am hoping it will ship this this week. Does Bordeaux deliver on Saturdays?

Yes, the same price each quarter!

One thing we've always questioned at Brightmeds is how much of what the customer pays is necessary to deliver the quality of care they deserve.

Every unnecessary overnight shipment. Every avoidable administrative task. Every inefficient process. Ultimately, every inefficiency in how we operate shows up in what our customers pay.

So we've made it part of our mission to constantly look for ways to eliminate waste; not by reducing the quality of care, but by building a more efficient company.

Our new 3-Month GLP-1 Subscription is one of the best examples of that philosophy in action.

Whenever we find efficiencies that reduce our operating budget, we do our best to pass those savings directly on to our customers.

Here's how we made it possible:

We only have to ship your medication once every 3 months

GLP-1 medications require temperature-controlled ideally overnight shipping to help maintain product quality, and that costs more.

Instead of shipping medication every month, our 3-Month Subscription allows us to ship your entire 3-month supply in a single temperature-controlled overnight shipment.

Reducing three overnight shipments to one significantly lowers our shipping expenses, allowing us to pass much of those savings directly on to you.

Reducing administrative overhead

Every monthly order requires account reviews, payment processing, fulfillment coordination, prescription management, and customer support.

By serving patients over a longer subscription period, we reduce repetitive administrative work, allowing our team to operate more efficiently while maintaining the same level of care.

Better forecasting and inventory management

Longer subscriptions help us better predict medication demand, negotiate more effectively with suppliers, which helps reduce overall operating expenses.

Improved treatment consistency

One challenge we've observed over the years is that many patients interrupt treatment—not because they want to, but because they're chasing the next introductory offer or facing price increases as their dosage changes.

Traditional pricing models often advertise a very low starting price that increases significantly as treatment progresses. While those offers can look attractive upfront, they can make it harder for patients to stay consistent over time.

Our goal was to create pricing that's more predictable and sustainable from the beginning.

A 3-Month Subscription reduces interruptions, eliminates the need to reorder every month, and helps patients stay focused on what matters most: achieving their health goals.

Lower payment processing expenses

Every payment comes with processing fees and other transaction costs. This counts coming and going, not just in the transactions from our customers to us, but in the volume of transactions we need to make as a business to maintain continual operation.

Reducing the number of monthly renewals helps lower those fees. While the savings on a single transaction are relatively small, they become meaningful when scaled across thousands of patients, and that's another efficiency we're able to pass along.

Less hassle for you

Your time is valuable to you! With fewer renewals and fewer shipments to keep track of, you can spend less time managing your treatment and more time focusing on building healthy habits.

Our Philosophy

At Brightmeds, we're not interested in being the lowest-priced provider by sacrificing quality.

We're focused on delivering the best overall value by combining licensed medical providers, high-quality compounded medications prepared by state-licensed pharmacies in the USA, responsive customer support, and continuous operational improvements that help us remain efficient.

We're proud that this approach has earned us a 4.8 out of 5-star Trustpilot rating with more than 887 verified customer reviews and counting. We believe that's one of the strongest indicators that we're delivering on our mission.

This is the kind of work we enjoy doing at Brightmeds. Every time we find a smarter way to operate without compromising patient care, we look for opportunities to turn those efficiencies into lower prices, better service, or ideally both.

We don't expect this to be the last improvement we make. It's simply the latest example of our commitment to making high-quality GLP-1 care more accessible and affordable.

Why is the Quest 3 $599 now, wasn’t it $499 two mo ago?

I swear, I thought I saw it for 499 a couple months ago but now everywhere it’s right at 599. Did something change?

Out of these two vials, which one would you choose to open first?

I choose the Greenwich!

Which one would you open today - the BPI with the BUD of 8/2 with compounded date 11/6/25 or Greenwich that has a BUD of 7/27 with compound date of 4/18/26

u/Dry-Chemist-2254 — 2 months ago

I have enough. JoinCrossing Delivered.

I got my joincrossing delivery, the 2-40 mg BPI, they have a short BUD but I knew that ahead of time and I’m not worried about using them later, but I think I realize I just have enough now. Enough for my family to not worry about running out, I do not need to buy anything else. I did not get the bridge deal because I have enough, but I did get them for $99, so $45 each 40 mg vial is still a very good deal. I seriously don’t want any more deals or specials to come around because I don’t need anything else!

Vulnerable - feeling disordered

Long day, not enough food at work, and got home and had to listen to how my SO had a bad day related to a decision of our child. Then I said Im hungry, and he said oh you should eat, then looked at the clock and said oh but it is too late. You can’t eat this close to going to bed. I started explaining how that is a rule that I am not following, (I just posted about this success last week), and he interrupted saying something about what AARP says about reflux. So I instead made an electrolyte drink, got mutually mad at my child who caused the frustration. And told him I was going to bed. I’m frustrated and sad and have another long day tomorrow.

I’ve not had enough calories today and I am hungry, but I am going to bed. It is disordered, it’s like me not eating is martyrdom and it only hurts myself. He is clueless to how I am feeling.

Likely will delete this, but for now, here is my story of disorder. I’ve for the f everything mental state right now.

My progress this month - NP was spot on with insulin resistance I believe.

I didn’t not have labs confirming SPECIFICALLY confirming Insulin Resistance I had basic labs lipids cbc thyroid a1c cmp etc but not insulin. I am working with my nurse practitioner. My A1c was 5.6 and fasting glucose was 98 after four months of Tirzepitide -plus nafld and still over 200 cholesterol
this is why we started it.

For context I was split dosing, the 5.2/5.4 averages to about 9.5 a week, moved to 10 for 4 weeks, added metformin week 3 of 10, and then moved to 11.

Wild to me, I must have had some serious insulin resistance going on.

I ate, because I was hungry.

It sounds pretty silly, but for someone who has struggled with food noise and artificially controlling intake with rules and ignoring cues since I was 13, I’m now 61, the simple ability of allowing my body to tell me it needed more food and then giving it food this evening was amazing.

Order placed on the 15th and no portal update or finalized charge

At this point, I don’t know if my order went through or not, my portal still says there’s no patient linked, and my Affirm charge has still not completed. So I guess if it doesn’t go through, it wasn’t meant to be lol! I tried to be the guinea pig, but it didn’t seem to work. Ha!

Glapp weekly recap gone

Glapp said we would not lose anything in the move to a paid app, but have you seen the weekly reports? Disappointing - I don’t need that report, but it was nice. Now it’s just the averages and a sell sheet to upgrade. If I am going to pay for an app I will need to shop around.

reddit.com
u/Dry-Chemist-2254 — 2 months ago

Does anyone use the trial data as a reference?

In Glapp you can compare your loss presently to that of the trial participants, I have been always under the loss percentage, but I am now matching it with my wooosh week. I am thrilled.

I think sometimes we discourage people for wanting faster success, but even now my rate is averaging about 1.6 lbs per week, which will go down again, it has ranged between 1.1 and 1.6 at the highest. I think it is ok to want to lose faster, and to increase dose when we have not lost much in a month. I am still under what the dose would be in the trials, I am at 11 and will stay for a while, trials would be moving up to 15 in two weeks.
