Update he got the correct phone on bring it back for $11.19

If the order gets cancelled again than I’m out of here going to bell guess we’ll see

So Ive been with ROGERS for 6 yrs and never had any major issues that pissed me off so much i just wanna scream... Welp that happened today.... so i ordered the Pixel 11 Pro XL Matt Black by accident and i wanted the Canyon 512GB phone instead they let me order it my self after they cancelled the black color...

Thursday night my account shows no evidence that i even ordered the phone according to Anna and Ali agent so Ali transferred me over to Francis he didn't confirm any pricing and gives me the wrong plan after telling him the one i wanted... (the Wrong Plan was $5 more than what i said) and the 81$ financing plan for the phone... I wanted the the bring it back for 11.19 a month but he never asked me so now currently stuck waiting in queue and pissed off

so Now i'm really pissed off and wondering if i'm stuck in a contract now? or am free and allowed to port to bell without making things worse

I recently left rogers for Public Mobile i got the 50 gig plan for $35 good deal im happy! But currently im having issues with iMessage when ever i send a picture with a message my iMessage just craps out and goes to SMS I dont recall this happening on ROGERS... So im wondering if anyone else has this issue or maybe it's my iPhone being a pain in the arse.... I also did a network reset which fixed it for maybe 2 hrs and it's back doing it again

I got a brand new plan Popular 5G+ unlimited works everywhere for 24 months. I was happy paying $35 with all my discounts

We were on Holidays and I got my bill. Hello your plan is going up $5 Dollars next month. How about FU... I just got this plan and you guy's can’t even wait Six months to raise the price...

Since is this my Backup phone i left for Public Mobile and now I got the best of both worlds as Now the iPhone uses TELUS and my Pixel uses ROGERS....

It's one thing to raise my plan in 3 to 6 months but not even a full month and it's going up.... Goodbye ROBBERS ill take my backup number somewhere else....

The Only reason my Main Phone is still on ROGERS is for the coverage and i get disability Discounts where i don't on Public Mobile...

We have a Radio Station here in Edmonton, called SONiC 102.9 I've been listening on and off for 14 Years, and today i found one my Favorite DJ's Layne Mitchel was let go.... and I'm getting to the point i kinda wanna stop supporting ROGERS, Except My Town and Area the Only good provider is ROGERS, including Home Internet....

BELLUS there's so many dead zones, including on the highways and indoors, and Freedom Mobile doesn't work here, nvm drains my battery because the phones constantly jumping towers....

IF TELUS would improve there shitty reception around Alberta i might consider going to bell so i can stop supporting ROGERS... But that will never happen anytime soon...

I guess the point of this post is i'm getting tired of ROGERS Greediness... and how we have no competition because the only other option is TELUS which i had and it was horrible experience

I will say Unlike everyone on here bitching about ROGERS there service and customer service isn't that Horrible, its just the whole company them selves that's going to absolute shit and downhill
