I just got a bicep band and now I am wondering how to properly position the tracker on my biceps?

Dahil ngayon lang ako nagkaron ng car na may TPMS kaya nakikita ko tuloy lagi yung tire pressure. Bale 1 psi ang nabawas na in 2 weeks na nasa akin ang car. Lahat naman ng gulong pantay ang pressure. Need ko ba hanginan na to the recommended pressure? Bale 1psi below recommended sya.

Let’s say may auto loan ka with a 5-year term. Then nagkaron ka ng windfall and you can pay the total amount in full kahit hindi pa tapos yung 5 years. Pwede ba yun? Is it advisable na bayaran na agad yung full balance? Or mas ok na tapusin pa din ang term?

Computers na ang nagko-control sa tao. Totally subjugated na tayo ng AI. 24/7 monitored tayo kung ano ginagawa natin. Tapos everytime we break the law/rules, may immediate & proportional punishment.

A quick appreciation post for all the photographers who spend their weekends along our favorite cycling routes.

Thank you for waking up early, standing under the sun (or sometimes in the rain), and patiently waiting to capture strangers enjoying the ride. Those photos often become some of our favorite memories from a long climb, a fast descent, a PR attempt, or just a chill weekend spin.

I know many of us immediately check Facebook after a ride hoping to find that one shot where we actually look fast. 😄 Some of those photos even end up as our Strava profile picture or wallpaper.

It's easy to overlook the effort behind every upload—the time spent shooting, sorting thousands of photos, editing, organizing albums, and making them available for everyone. Whether you do it for a living, for tips, or simply because you enjoy supporting the cycling community, your work is genuinely appreciated.

So if you've ever bought a photo, left a tip, shared their page, or said "thank you," keep doing it. It helps these photographers continue what they do.

To all the cycling photographers out there: salamat for preserving moments that most of us would never have otherwise.

Yung super similar ng earth's environment, pwedeng mabuhay ng normal mga tao. All the necessary things para mabuhay ang tao meron dun.

Then naghahanap sila ng mga volunteers para i-populate yung planet na yun. Will you volunteer?

I am thinking kasi yung mga pay-outs ng mga ayuda programs laging may mga politicians na nakabandera mga mukha, so they are already tainted.

Hindi na need magbuntis ng 9 months ang mga babae. Maglilimlim na lang and pwedeng shared responsibilty yung paglimlim between the man & wife.

Just letting you know that parvo cases are starting to rise during the start of the rainy season. If you have unvaccinated puppies, keep them safe by isolating them from other dogs. Keep your footwear outside the house and do not let your puppies play with them. Disinfect floors frequently. Adult dogs can also get infected so keep their vaccines up to date.

Ano mga gagawin nyo for the Philippines?

Napansin nyo ba? Before the "flood control" issues, maya't maya may repair sa Bacoor Blvd? Kahit hindi naman sira, inaayos na? Ano na nangyari? Ngayon mas magaspang pa sa mukha ng ex mo, wala pa din repair? Sangkot ba yung congtractor dito?

Yung building where I work is may parking lot sa likod ng building kaya lang walang bubong. Kaya maghapon yung kotse ko nakabilad sa araw and napapansin ko yung lcd clock sa dashboard, pumuputla ang color, nagbblend na yung numbers sa background pag sobrang init, although eventually pag lumamig na, nababasa naman uli yung oras pero hindi na kasing crisp like before. I am afraid na maluto/malusaw na yung mga internal parts sa dashboard ko.
Yung parking lot is lupa lang, na nilatagan ng gravel, walang semento, and halos wala na ding gravel ngayon actually.
So gusto ko sana maglagay ng tent for my car (pending pa kung papayag yung building owner). Nag wiwindow shopping na ko ng tent, and ask ko lang kung may mairerecommend kayong tent? I am also hoping na may kasamang pegs or at least may butas yung mga poste para maitusok sa lupa para medyo mas secure at hindi liparin ng mild winds.
