Repotting my Thai Constellation first time - how do the roots look, and is my soil mix good enough?

I’m repotting my Monstera Thai Constellation today and wanted to get some opinions before I finish.
I just took it out of its old pot, and the root system looks pretty healthy to me, with lots of thick roots and new growth. The plant itself seems to be doing well too.
I have three ingredients available: Miracle-Gro Potting Mix, Miracle-Gro Perlite, and Miracle-Gro Orchid Potting Mix.
I’m thinking of mixing them at around 30% potting soil, 40% orchid mix, and 30% perlite.
Does that sound like a good combination for a Thai Constellation? Would you remove more of the old soil around the roots, or leave most of it alone?
I’m also planning to add a coco coir support pole.
Any advice would be appreciated! I really want to get this repotting right.

What PPM are you running at weeks 4–6 of flower?

I’m currently running around 500–600 PPM in hydro, and my plants seem to be doing pretty well (photos attached).
Curious what PPM levels you guys typically maintain during mid-flower, especially when buds are starting to bulk up.
Am I running too low, or is this perfectly fine?

How do you finish your second fermentation, and when do you start drinking it?

I’m curious how everyone finishes their second fermentation.
My process is:
3–4 days in sealed bottles with fruit or fruit purée at room temperature.
Then I refrigerate the bottles for about 24 hours.
After that, I open them, strain out the fruit, and transfer the kombucha into clean bottles.
I also tried leaving the bottles sealed for 2–3 weeks before refrigerating, hoping for more carbonation, but it didn’t really help. The kombucha tasted great, but it still wasn’t very fizzy.
How do you finish your F2? Do you drink it as soon as it’s chilled, or do you let it sit in the fridge for a few more days before opening? And if you’ve had carbonation issues like this, what ended up making the biggest difference?

Looking for unusual kombucha flavor ideas

I’ve been making kombucha for a few months now and have already tried a lot of different flavor combinations. I’m looking for something more unusual than the typical fruits, berries, herbs, and spices you can easily find at the grocery store.
So, what’s the most unusual flavor you’ve tried?

Some ideas I’m planning to experiment with are cold brew coffee kombucha, matcha kombucha, a tomato shrub (kind of like a Bloody Mary kombucha), and fig leaves.
One of my favorite combinations so far was orange juice with cardamom, caramel sugar, and nutmeg.

I’d love to hear your weird, unexpected, or surprisingly good ideas!
