Getting the cheapest Attachment capable string trimmer

I was looking around and you can find the power heads on ebay for around $100 brand new. I mostly want it to put a cultivator head on it. But I was wondering if the DeWalt string trimmer part good or I'd there was a better one I could put on it. I forget which string trimmer head I was look at but it was around 70. So I could have the whole thing for around 170. I have t looked close enough long enough for what a good price baretool is on sale.

Can you train ducks to go inside at night?

My chickens go in as soon as it starts getting dark. We have had ducks for 5 years now and had a second middle of the night attack. The ducks always went and hid in the pasture at night. This was our last 2 so if we get new ones can I train then to go in at night?

Starting drosera capensis from seed

I'm going to start helping my wife grow her plant business and start plants from seeds for her. She has a drosera capensis albino and a typical blooming. From what I have read online is they don't need to cold through a cold spell to germinate. I was just going to use her regular spagnum moss to start the seed in. I was wondering if I put it in a small tote with the lid on and a plant heat mat under it if that would help with germination? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any way to identify fruit tree varieties. Specifically peach and plum.

I didn't do enough research when I bought our fruit trees I think 6 years ago. I have the pear and apple trees figured out now and hopefully next year will see some fruit. But my plums and peach trees, last year i got like 2 plums to survive until we hit a drought and the peach tree the same. The year before I picked a peach that was fully matured. Basically I didn't know what self pollinating and not self pollinating meant. ( I thought not self pollinating meant you had to have at least 2 of the same variety, I come from knowing about corn breeding)

If my memory serves me right, I thought the peaches and plums were self pollinating but I'm not sure. The peach and plums are growing good and sized where I should be getting fruit and I'm not. The apples and pears are struggling so it might be a few more years on them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I used to work with a guy that at least acted like he knew a lot of this stuff but he quit and was an ass so I don't want to call him lol.

Will pickups rust out faster if they are parked on top of grass?

I have a fairly new truck and it will be getting parked and maybe driven once a week. I have always heard that if you leave a vehicle parked on top of grass it will rust out quicker. I have the equipment and stone I could make a gravel parking spot for it.

Good meat grinder from Cabela's?

I have a bunch of Cabela's gift cards and need a decent meat grinder. Mostly grinding organ meat and vegetables to make dog treats. I was looking at the one that like 150 but I wasn't sure if anyone had deep knowledge of them and if any of them could accept other attachments specifically a grain mill.

Can't figure out what is going on.

A few leafs will die as a few new ones grow. Is that normal or do we need to do something different with it? Name of plant in picture

Cheap diy heavy bag?

I've been wanting a heavy bag for exercise and get better at punching. Im fairly strong and large man but I don't think I can hit hard. I don't know if I'll actually put the time into using it or if I'll enjoy it. I have straw bales that weigh maybe 40 to 50 pounds. The density would be about right I think to punch. At least when I have hit them in the past it feels right. I was thinking about wrapping it up in a heavy tarp or something. Is that a stupid idea or do I need something heavier

Starting from seeds?

My wife is big into carnivorous plants and I like trying to start plants from seeds. What are my chances of being successful lol. I was looking at getting seeds from Ferris seeds and some from her own plants. I know each species have different starting requirements but I know some plants are just next to impossible to start from seed anyways.

Thinking about getting a couple robot mowers. Need some recs

So my yard is split by chain link fence for the dogs. Each part is about 1 acre. Unless I cut a little access slot (which the dogs would probably figure out how to get through) I'll need 2.

I have a garden that I would need to either geo fence or put a physical barrier in. My yard is fairly rough and the whole thing is kind of on a slope. A U driveway cuts through the one part. And I have flowers with no edging or bricks around.

Just curious what my best options would be

I don't know if this the right place for this but my physical address does not exist on certain websites

I have a PO box, but for Amazon and other places they need a physical address. Across the intersection the house has the same number but North instead of South. I can always put north in and it works if south doesn't. Like one example was trying to sign up for electric supplier that I had already been with once before said my address didn't exist when I tried to sign up again. It was really bad when we first moved in several years ago and we said something to the post office and it got better but I have had this problem several times lately. Any idea on what branch of government do I need to talk to

Pan cam v3 keep getting wrecked in the wind.

I have a couple up on the corner of the building and the wind wrecks the rotate mechanism. They won't turn very far but I can climb up and turn them by hand and then they work until the next wind storm. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution. Im about to buy like 3 regular cams and put in the same spot
