Reward for lost items of sentimental value, stolen from Hyatt parking garage

$200 reward

On Sunday May 25th our car was broken into sometime in the early afternoon in the Hyatt Regency parking garage, fifth level. Everything of mine was stolen, but in particular were a set of handmade faux fur (wearable) coyote ears with a matching tail. These items are unique and not replaceable, and they hold a lot of sentimental value. I'm offering a reward for their safe return. These items might have been dumped into trash cans or dumpsters near the Hyatt Regency, next to the convention center, as they would not have held any street value whatsoever.

Also stolen was a bright red backpack and a very old T61 ThinkPad laptop. In addition, a lot of clothing was stolen with furry-related designs, and two buc-ee's tank tops. I don't care about everything else so much, but if you see any of these other things around town, it may lead me to my tail and ears. I've had them a long time and they mean a lot to me.

Edited to add Case # T26014380 Portland Police Bureau 1111 SW 2nd Ave Portland, OR 97204 503-823-3333

Robbed, Furlandia 2026, lost all my shit

Sunday afternoon, lots of cars broken into in the parking garage next to Hyatt. They stole my laptop, furry shirts, and many other items including my realistic coyote tail and ears. I know it wasn't a full suit, but I am very poor. These things were a gift from my partner years ago and it was all I had.

EDIT: if anyone could help me find the artist and contact them, in case I never get my tail and ears back 😞 Here are photos. I got them at BLFC 2017. "Fire" might have been in their name.

[Tulsa, OK - May 2026] Loose pitbulls kill cats, attack neighbors. Authorities apathetic

[Tulsa, OK - May 2026] Found on Facebook. Wasn't sure what tags to add, it hits so many! Copy of post text:

NOT MY POST, FOUND ON FB!

🚨 ACTIVE PUBLIC SAFETY HAZARD & TOTAL CITY FAILURE IN TULSA 🚨

We are living a nightmare right now and need our community’s help to force the City of Tulsa to act before a human being gets mauled or killed.

Our property is under active siege by two large, aggressive, unconfined pitbulls (images below). These are clearly intact dogs being used for backyard breeding, and they are completely out of control.

Within the last 48 hours, these dogs have invaded our yard, trapped us inside our own home by blocking our front porch steps, and viciously killed multiple of our neighborhood TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) community cats right on our front lawn. These sweet, helpless cats were fixed, ear-tipped, cared for, and dearly loved, only to be torn apart on our lawn. This morning, we woke up to find another one of the tnr cats dead outside.

The absolute worst part? The City of Tulsa and Tulsa Police Department have entirely abandoned us. * We filed formal reports with Tulsa Animal Services with full photographic proof of the dogs trapping us and the dead animals. Nothing was done.

Last night at 11 PM, the dogs were circling our house again while the neighbors stood outside screaming.

We called 911 again after 3 hours of no show. Two TPD officers finally showed up, very subtly laughed off our safety concerns, told us to "just shoot the dogs, essentially" had a useless 5-minute chat with the owners, and left. We have showed them pictures of dogs blocking us and even had two witnesses to the dog biting my fiance. Still nothing was done. I dont even think they made a report and they told us to file a report online essentially.(which obviously we have already done.)

I know TPD was dealing with alot of bad things last night and I understand a delay to a call about a dog to some degree, the officers were somewhat kind and seemingly understanding, but I felt very laughed off and not taken seriously despite ample sufficient evidence to seize the dogs.

Because of the complete failure of TPD and Animal Services, these vicious dogs are still next door, and these irresponsible owners think they are above the law while we are literally trapped in our own home, fearing for our lives every time we step outside.

TULSA COMMUNITY: If you live near keep your pets and your kids inside.

If anyone has direct contacts higher up in Tulsa Animal Services, City Council, or local news KOTV - News On 6 FOX23 News please help us get their eyes on this. We are exhausted, heartbroken over these lost TnR cats, and terrified for our safety. Please God if you can help in any way. We are broken. Completely broken. We were trying to have a memorial in our backyard after picking up Chloes ashes from the crematorium when the second one was killed in the front lawn. The third one was killed at an unknown time last night seemingly after police left.

This isn't just about the cats. Its about the failure to appropriately deal with the situation while putting everyone in this community at risk of being mauled. We have a daycare with small children coming and going 5 houses down.

I have a 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. I would love to get a canoe for day trips, but I am debating on how best to transport one. I have read that carrying cargo on a roof rack with a Bolt can decrease performance by 20-30%. How about a small trailer? How does the Bolt do with towing? My partner is very skeptical about the idea.
