When I was in the dentist's chair with the light unit above, I quipped, "I feel like Bob Mortimer on his kitchen table." My dentist got it immediately and we had good laugh and joke about Bob's...technique and setup.

He then mentioned he had some Fuji IX in one of the side drawers.

Dentist: "I can show you if you like!"

Me: "Oh, yes please!"

In the drawer was a large array of silver sachets of Fuji IX with a little green spoon.

Fortunately I didn't need any fillings. Clean bill of teeth health for me!

Some good cars got through the net (e.g. Rover 2300 / 2600 / 3500 / 2400 SD Turbo (SD1), Triumph 2000 / 2500, Range Rover - build quality aside), despite the dross (Morris Marina, Austin Princess, Landcrab etc). With Stellantis there doesn't seem to be any redeeming models whatsoever - just a cairn of crap (perhaps the Giulia at a push).

Tiff for original TG (joined in 1987) continuity;

Chris for new TG continuity, and

Harry for a (slightly) new direction (though in the large scheme of TG it won't be) and a new face.

All three have journalistic integrity (TG mag for Tiff, former chief road tester at Autocar for Chris, and founding EVO for Harry), are personable, engaging, and entertaining on screen. Would their personalities work together? Hopefully! Discuss.

Inform, educate, and entertain. They can all do this exceedingly well.

The Stig? Power Laps can still go ahead. But make him less cartoonish / aimed-at-9-year-olds.

Hey crew...

Feeling incredibly vulnerable after my work's Occ Health team recommended EIHR for me today.

My work has been amazing (my managers and HR consultant especially so), but my health has meant I've been off sick a high amount since January as I haven't had the energy to log on for a full day (reduced hours as part of reasonable adjustments).

My ME became worse last week as well.

I don't want to say goodbye to my team and my lovely managers.

Both my managers empathise and understand my health issues because they've been in similar boats themselves. I could not have asked for a better pair of managers. They're amazing women!

As my managers have reassured me, I haven't been in work for lack of trying and wanting to be in - it's because I'm not well enough to be able to do my tasks.

I'm struggling to digest this though.

I feel as though I've failed myself.

I'm really struggling emotionally and mentally with this.

Hey lovelies!

I'm (AMAB) stuck whether or not I need to shave my legs and arms (I already keep my face / chin / neck smooth and clean) when I got out in a midi skirt and huge tee?

I have done this once, but it was a bit of a faff with bending to reach my legs - even when I've put them up a seat / surface (I'm 183 cm). I loved how my arms & legs were smooth and felt so much more like myself when I shaved them, though!

Aaaahhhh!! I don't know what to do!!

I'm in S2. Water from the cold tap this afternoon has had an awful taste and leaves a gritty feeling on my teeth afterwards.

Is anyone else having similar problems? There's nothing in Yorkshire Water's website.

Hey!

I'm non-binary and trans (knew since I was 7 but religious parents and a homophobic and transphobic dad), but I don't know if I'm more pan or bi?

I'm attracted to NB, F, M and more - more than one gender, basically. But that seems to straddle both bi and pan? Aarrgghh!! Help!!

Yaaay!!

A new vid is out this evening! (British Summer Time (GMT+1))
