Hello everyone. I'm running Mekunas Pit Push build with all glyphs at 150 and running flawless horadrics. I've cleared 141 in 8min, but people with worse gear on the leaderboards are clearing much higher. What am I missing?

Hello everyone. I'm running Mekunas BL push build, all glyphs at 150 and gear attached. However I'm struggling in Tower 142. Cleared 141 in 8min. I see people with worse gear than mine pushing higher. What am I missing?
