Hi everyone — I'm planning to transition to a low-protein diet and want to add ketoanalogues alongside it. I'm looking to learn from people who are actually on them.

I'm especially hoping to hear from patients in India, since ketoanalogue prescriptions seem to be far more routine there than in a lot of other countries.

One request up front: please don't reply telling me to ask my care team. They don't prescribe or work with ketoanalogues at all — that's exactly why I'm here. This is me taking charge of my own treatment and gathering information from people with actual experience.

If you're on them, I'd really appreciate knowing:

1.Which brand/formulation you were prescribed

-Dose, and how it's split through the day

2.What protein target came with it (g/kg)?

3.Your CKD stage / eGFR when it was started

4.Roughly what it costs per month

5.What bloodwork gets checked while you're on it

6.Any side effects or issues

If your nephrologist is open to consulting patients abroad, I'd love that contact too

Thiagarajan Kumararaja didn't find the word "Gaaji" — he repurposed it. It wasn't in the local vernacular as slang for horniness until his acclaimed Super Deluxe (2019) turned it into what it is now.

Be honest with yourself did you ever hear "Gaaji" used that way in Chennai — or anywhere — before Super Deluxe? Can you even remember when you started using it? And yes, he never claimed he invented it. So why do I care?

Because I'm from Anna Nagar West(dont live there anymore but i had my formative years there growing up), and in the 90s we used that word to mean an innings in cricket.

Some usages:

Ivlo neram gaaju aadniye koncham avathu score paniyada ?

Nalla Gaaju mattum aadu run rate paaru, periya Dravidunu nennapu .

You get the idea.

I know this is not just an area quirk, Gaaju was instantly recognized and used by neighboring area boys of Padi or villivakam too so I know I'm not rambling for an area quirk.

The question is about what you would do ? Would you buy to hold it at 8 or its going to fall to 5 and 6s and getting 3000 shares at 8 is not advisable ?

For those who believe in the Big Six and plan to keep dollar-cost averaging into them individually: why do it that way instead of through a bank ETF?

The one I use is HBNK — equal-weighted across all Big 6, with a low MER. It gets me the same exposure, handles rebalancing automatically, and reinvests dividends without me lifting a finger.

So what's the case for buying TD, RBC, CIBC, etc. separately? Genuinely curious whether there's an edge I'm missing (tax, DRIP control, overweighting a favourite?), or if it's mostly preference.

Also do you think Banks have run up since 2025 ? Will they correct in your opinion?
