Low wbc for 5years

Hey, for 5 years my WBC (neutrophils) have been low. Hematology said that’s ok. I’ve had ANA and other hematology blood tests done before everything was ok. But I can’t donate blood because of my WBC. Any ideas? Someone said that I could see a rheumatologist.

My First Muscle-Up Not Clean, But I Did It

Guys, maybe not clean, I know, but it’s my first muscle-up!!!
4 years ago I couldn’t even do one push-up, and pull-ups weren’t even an option for me. I was 30 kg heavier and spent all my time playing on my PC.

Small win 💪

Preparing laptop for sale

Hey.

Windows 11, 2 ssd disk, wipe.

I’m preparing my laptop for sale. I moved all the data to an external drive and now want to erase everything. I deleted the data manually, then turned on BitLocker on both drives (I have two SSDs: 0.5 TB and 1 TB), and now I’m using Hardwipe on both drives. After that, I’ll boot from a USB drive, go into Disk Management, format everything once more, and create a new partition, then install fresh windows.Do you think that’s enough? I have a lot of sensitive data like invoices and bank documents, and I don’t want them to be recoverable.

Hey, I’m wondering if body recomposition is possible in my case. I’ve been working out for 3 years, but my results are as you can see. I try to push everything to muscle fatigue, but I don’t even have 40 cm biceps xd, and my forearms are small. Furthermore, my nipple line is really low could that be because I was previously fat?

Currently I’m eating 2400–2500 calories per day
\- 160g protein
\- 60g fat
\- Rest carbs

I go to the gym 4 times per week and average 13–15k steps per day.

Which job is right for me?

I’ve been working as a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for 5 years. I started as a junior, then became a specialist, and now I’m senior. For the first 2–2.5 years, I handled L1 incidents, and later I began working more on SOAR playbooks, automation, and scripting mainly in Python, sometimes PowerShell.

I love building playbooks, automations, and tools for the SOC team. Now I’m considering what role would suit me best. At the moment, I’m “just” a Senior Specialist, but I want to change jobs and move into something more focused on playbooks, automation, and engineering.

I don’t think my programming skills are strong enough to become a full software developer, but maybe something like an engineer? What would that role be called? (Still stay in cybersecurity because it’s cool)
