EW300+Hpz hi res dac bundle for 9k. Any tips to unlock their truest potential?

I like the looks of it, in not really that much of an audiophile (yet) I want a good all rounder iem that I won't have to spend hours tweaking for different genra and stuff, please share your thoughts and opinions on this.
