Was working on a map of the Womb of the One, one of the weirder places in our setting. It's basically a Farrealm nightmare demiplane, and I'm trying to figure out what kind of stuff to fill it with. I've got the map, but now I need some ideas for what the hell actually lives in there.

What monsters would you throw at a party exploring a place like this? Aberrations are an obvious choice, but I'm also open to stranger stuff, mutated creatures, things that shouldn't exist, or even monsters that seem relatively normal until the players realize something is seriously wrong with them.

I'm also looking for ideas for traps and environmental hazards. Not just the usual pressure plates and falling rocks, but things that mess with the players in unexpected ways. Maybe the walls are alive, the rooms change when nobody's looking, or the place itself reacts to the party being there.

Would you go for the whole fleshy, organic dungeon aesthetic, with pulsating walls and tunnels that look like veins, or take it in a more surreal direction where reality just stops making sense? A mix of both could be fun too.

I'd love to hear what you'd add to the map. Weird encounters, nasty hazards, creepy rooms, completely unhinged monster ideas — anything goes. What would make this place memorable at your table?

If you liked it and if you want to support the project, please have a look around! We've put a lot into this one, and I'm confident you'll get your money's worth. Thank you! :)

[OC]Spent ~25 hours making this map, blanking on how to populate it, bombard me w ideas pls

Been working on this one for a while and finally got the map to a point I'm pretty happy with, but now I'm completely blanking on what to actually put in it.

It's Port Firestorm, a massive volcanic port/fortress built into the side of a volcano. It's basically a fire giant stronghold mixed with a shipyard and industrial complex. There's a big ship docked up top, workshops, artillery, storage areas, cranes, lava running through parts of the fortress, and a bunch of machinery.

The idea is that this is an actual functioning place, not just some abandoned dungeon. People live and work here, ships come and go, weapons are being made, materials are being moved around, etc.

But I'm struggling with the actual D&D side of it now.

What would you guys put in here?

I'm mainly looking for encounters, traps, secret rooms/passages, environmental hazards, NPCs, machinery that can be messed with, interesting events, or just general ideas for making the place fun to explore.

I'd especially like stuff that interacts with the environment. Like maybe opening the wrong valve causes a whole section to fill with steam, sabotaging something changes the lava flow, or players can use the machinery to their advantage somehow.

Basically I don't want it to just be walk into room → fight something → loot room → repeat.

If this was your campaign, what would you add?

Btw, if ya liked it, this map is a small part of our BK campaign. Check it out!

Thanks for the help!

What if an orc warcamp was controlled by an eldritch hive-mind?

Just finished a new Pathfinder 2e one-shot called Warcamp of the Mind-Eaters, and wanted to share it with you all.

The goal was to create something that felt less like "clear the dungeon" and more like infiltrating enemy territory where every decision changes the outcome. The premise revolves around a tribe of orcs that has been consumed by an aberrant hive-mind known as the Deep Hunger. They don't just kill their enemies—they devour their memories, turning every stolen secret into a weapon.

The party is sent behind enemy lines to infiltrate the Mind-Eaters' warcamp before an entire army's battle plans are consumed. Every act of sabotage weakens the enemy for the climactic battle, rewarding careful planning, stealth, and creative problem-solving instead of simply charging from one encounter to the next.

One of my favorite parts to design was the finale. I wanted it to feel like a desperate battle instead of a static boss encounter, so the battlefield constantly evolves with random events, making every playthrough unfold a little differently.

If you enjoy Pathfinder adventures that emphasize infiltration, meaningful player choices, body horror, and cinematic warfare, I'd genuinely love to hear what you think. I'm happy to answer any questions!

What if an orc warcamp was controlled by an eldritch hive-mind?

Just finished a new Daggerheart one-shot called Warcamp of the Mind-Eaters, and wanted to share it with you all.

I wanted to create an adventure that focused on difficult choices and high tension rather than simply fighting from encounter to encounter. The story centers on a tribe of orcs consumed by an eldritch hive-mind known as the Deep Hunger. Instead of merely killing their enemies, they devour memories, transforming every stolen secret into another weapon for the hive.

The party must slip behind enemy lines, infiltrate the warcamp, rescue a captive before her memories are consumed, and sabotage the enemy's preparations before an all-out assault begins. Every success changes the final confrontation, encouraging creative solutions, stealth, and teamwork throughout the adventure.

The finale was probably my favorite part to design. Rather than a fixed encounter, the battlefield constantly changes as the conflict unfolds, creating moments that feel chaotic, cinematic, and different each time it's played.

If you enjoy Daggerheart adventures with infiltration, player-driven outcomes, eldritch horror, and large-scale battles, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'm happy to answer any questions!

[OC][Mod Approved] If your group enjoys exploration and dragon intrigue, this might be for you!

Been working on a one-shot and wanted to share it here since it’s the kind of adventure I always enjoy running — a mystery that starts simple and gets a lot messier.

Salt in the Wound begins with a missing merchant ship. The Wavebourne Grace vanishes near the Isle of Kessar, and the party is hired to find out what happened. What they discover is an island caught between two brine dragons, a broken pact, a fanatical kobold tribe, and secrets buried beneath the waves.

The adventure takes the players from the wreckage-strewn coastline into flooded caverns beneath the island, where they’ll have to decide whether to repair an old alliance, take sides in a dragon feud, or let the whole conflict consume everyone involved.

It’s designed as a 4+ hour D&D 5e adventure with exploration, investigation, and a big dragon-focused finale. It includes custom maps, new creatures, NPCs, magic items, and is compatible with both 5e and 5.5e rules.

Thought some of you might enjoy a sea adventure where the biggest danger isn’t just the monsters — it’s figuring out who is actually telling the truth.

[OC] Looking for a dark fantasy one-shot?

A simple delivery job turns into a desperate siege in the crime-ridden city of Brinecoast. Hired to get arrested and deliver a sealed message to a prisoner, the party finds itself trapped inside a corrupt constabulary when the nefarious group, the Night Seekers launch a midnight assault.

Smoke-filled halls, collapsing loyalties, prison riots, hidden secrets, and ancient tunnels beneath the city. Trust is scarce, survival isn't guaranteed, and by dawn Brinecoast will remember who stood—and who burned.

Perfect for groups that enjoy tense roleplay, moral dilemmas, and brutal survival scenarios.
