The packaging is torn very badly and seems to have got wet during delivery. The battery of the trimmer is fully discharged. I suspect it's a used item. Even if not, i don't trust to use this since it's a personal hygiene product.
I wasn't at home during the delivery and whoever received didn't bother to open and check it. What should I do? None of the options for returns in Flipkart show a valid reason for this type of problem.
