19, doesn’t know what to do next with money.

Hello, im a 19 year old who’s in college and is wondering what to do next with my money. I want to get into being financially independent and stable as early as possible. I currently make about 200$ per week working some minimum wage job for the summer but just got blessed with a new job that pays $22/Hour. I’ll be working 35-40 hours per week and this should set me up nice for where I’m at.

For my age, I’m pretty good with money. I have a girlfriend who I plan on turning into a wife and a couple hobbies that I spend a couple bucks on but nothing serious like hot wheels collecting, golfing and gaming. I’d say on average I spend anywhere from 100-150 dollars per week. I also am going to community college for free, this helps me out because all I really have of buy is books occasionally.

The reason I’m making this post is because I don’t know what to do next, I know by the end of this summer, I’ll likely have a lot more money than I know what to do with. And I also know there’s goals I have in life that if I could get a jump on I would love to like owning my dream Nissan R32 GT-R or even being able to propose sooner than later. I know just holding money in a bank account doesn’t do much compared to putting my money in places where it will grow over time. I think overall I’ve developed good habits like buying everything in full and avoiding any sort of credit card.

Anyways, sorry for jumping all over. But I just have no clue how I can use this current money that I have/will have soon and turn it around to set me up much better than I would be without it. I hope this all makes sense and ANY tips and suggestions will be read with much appreciation. Thank you!

Name a card that wasn’t known or (meta) in any way but you loved it

I’ll Start: This specific Greg Maddux from 22 (this card art was peak) I had like a 1.9 Era with this card on hall of fame all the way into November, the best pitcher I’ve ever had.

Found some of my old hot wheels from when I was a kid and actually played with them. Just picked up the hobby again but this time more as a collector instead of a kid playing with them😂 probably collected most of these around 2014-2016, anything I should know about?

I pay for XBox Game Pass for my PC but also have game pass essential for my Xbox, I figured with the new game pass ultimate price I’ll just get rid of one of the subscriptions and then change the plan of the other, but I just realized I got charged 15 bucks for something that doesn’t even show up on my Microsoft account and does not let me get my money back. Is this normal? I posted this in the FuckMicrosoft Subreddit but if someone could actually help me I’d appreciate it😅

It’s honestly ridiculous, Forza is by far one of the best, most lifelike looking games on the the market. It’s so well optimized. I have a buddy with a 1660S that is able to play at 1440p Extreme/High setting with over 90-100 fps. That is quite literally unheard of. Forza might seriously run better at max settings than Fortnite does, which is insane😂. I live in Phoenix and can confirm the desert in FH5 literally looks like real life. Unreal

Over the last few months since maybe December, I’ve started noticing small popping in my right Achilles specifically after low activity (maybe laying in bed or sitting at a desk) for the first few months it stayed the same as just a small popping feeling. Around the past months these pops have occasionally turned into pops I’m able to hear out loud along with pain, especially sometimes going upstairs or standing up after being stationary for awhile. I’m only 18 and have played sports and snowboarded for my whole life so I really hope this is nothing serious.

I’ve always played Forza on my Xbox, since Motorsport 4. it just felt right and Forza at its core is a Xbox game, I think everyone can agree. About a year ago, I built a sweet beefy PC for all the other video games I play. Would it be smart to start playing Forza on my PC or should I just stick with playing it on Xbox. I have a 1440p 180hz monitor with HDR so I could crank out some pretty high fidelity gameplay.
