hello fellow people, i recently concluded that the gym is tuuff and thus have some questions

Im fairly new to both reddit and the gym so here we go. I am really thin but i wanna be buff and jacked eventually (im aware its gonna take quite a bit of work). I started bulking and going to the gym a month ago, and i see change but not as much as i like.

  1. Embarrassment- How do I deal with being self conscious when trying a new exercise? I get bored of doing the exact same thing im good at so i gotta try some new things but i fear my form might be rough and i fear being judged by expert people there and it is HEAVILY holding me back.

2)Main- What i meant by jacked was having big biceps and arms plus wanna work on legs and glutes too. I want to no longer struggle with pushups and want bigger arms. Currently im doing squats, bicep curls, chest press, lat pulldowns and the shoulder up down things but what else? Is there a way to progress faster which i may not know about of perhaps some other things i could try out in the gym (except benching i think im very scared of anything other than dumbbells and machines).

3)Food- Im a vegetarian so primarily trying to bulk with milk, protein bars, eggs, peanut butter, chickpeas. Anything im missing? Also how do people like me deal with being extremely full i mean i get full pretty quick and it gets harder to stuff my face with food

Manipal- questions

1)As someone coming to manipal from really far away, I'm quite nervous, so is the place itself welcoming? Is it easy to make friends? (I haven't been away from my home/parents so if there was anybody like me I would love to hear your experience) (double bracket-: no idea what I'm expecting through this question)

2)are hostels double sharing? Is there an attached washroom? Are there washing machines

3)How is the weather at manipal? What typa clothes should I pack (in general and for classes too)

  1. how many longer breaks do we get per year? to go home and semester breaks and all

  2. do the classes require books/ notebooks/ stationary?

  3. is there a library +gym

Easy beginner songs to learn like "I thought I saw your face today" by she and him

It was simple enough for me to learn without getting frustrated, I played piano as a kid for 5 years and have hence lost most of my skill, would like to ease into it with easy songs like above mentioned, the same 4 chords repeat and it's slow enough to play comfortably.

Timeline

Orientation for bba at tapmi is 18 and 19th of July, last date for withdrawal from ipm is 20th so I don't think the wl will move before 20th, prolly gonna move after 20th or after other iims release their results. Du csas portal closes on 11th, so I don't think du will release results within a week, so should I book flights to go to blr for bba? I live near Delhi so if I happen to take admission to du there won't be a major financial loss, however if the bba session starts before du releases results, there might be a waste spending on flights and sem 1 fee since that would be the only college at which I have a confirmed seat. I'm waitlisted at ipm and I don't see it moving rn, but incase it doesn't move as much and I don't get an offer there and I'm in blr and then du gives results and I go back to Delhi that's real messy.

I don't see a way out but in case there is, wadyudu?

should I cut bangs?

I've had a regular haircut all my life, no bangs layers etc, and I'm bored of it so gonna cut up something myself. Need advice. Don't want layers because it's so warm I like putting my hair up and in braids, and I can't braid with layers. I was thinking wispy curtain bangs? I have pin straight fine hair, would it suit me? Would curtain bangs look better when I put my hair up and would it suit straight hair with zero texture?
