Thoughts on these turquoise cabs? They were glued on a stainless steel hat band but some were falling off so I decided to remove them all.

Obtained at an AZ estate sale with some mid century navajo jewelry, so sleeping beauty seems possible it not likely given the appearance. Each is 8mm x 6mm and approximately 1 ctw. Total ctw for the 52 stones is 55 ct.

I have 7 more bands that are poorly glued together and trying to decide if its worth removing them all to sell as cabs.

Looks like a pallet knife painting on canvas of the city Lerici in Italy. The signature is illegible but looks like L..g L….

Back of the canvas and frame has a red stamp that AI tells me is upside down and in German and is a copyright-like warning.

My guess is post war studio art out of Germany? Likely for export or for tourists given the subject matter and where I found it (Estate in the states).

Any other insight or guesses?
