Moving from a lifestyle business to enterprise AI consulting

I’ve been running a successful boutique marketing agency for five years, but the demand for automation is shifting our focus. We want to pivot into enterprise AI consulting, helping our existing corporate clients automate their internal workflows.

The problem is that while we understand the strategy, the technical implementation of secure, private AI environments is a huge leap for us. We need a technical partner who can handle the heavy lifting of the build while we handle the client relationships. Does anyone know a team that operates as a white-label technical arm?

Professional license verification for coaches doing clinical work.

I’m a health coach but some of my work crosses into medical nutrition therapy. My malpractice carrier now requires professional license verification if I’m supervising RDs or RNs in my program.

I need to confirm their licenses monthly. Doing it manually for 6 clinicians is eating my Sundays. Any tools for small practices?

Data extraction automation from 200 PDFs without training a model?

Need to pull invoice number, date, total, and line items from 200+ vendor PDFs for a client audit. Formats are all different. I tested a few AI PDF extractors and they either need me to tag 50 examples or they miss tables entirely.

I don’t have time to train a model and the client needs this in 48 hours. GPT-4 Vision works okay one at a time, but no way I’m doing 200 prompts manually. Is there any tool that does decent zero-shot extraction + table parsing and dumps to CSV? Prefer something I can set up in an hour, not a PhD project.

RAG GenAI development

Building GenAI development pipeline for 10-K/10-Q analysis. Legal PDFs are 300 pages with tables, footnotes, nested sections.

Tried recursive chunking, semantic chunking, and layout-aware parsing. Still getting 20% of answers missing key context from tables or mixing up fiscal years. Embeddings are text-embedding-3-large. Reranker helped but latency jumped to 4s.

For those doing RAG GenAI development on dense financial/legal docs, what chunking + metadata strategy actually works? Are you pre-processing with LLM to extract table JSON first?

How do you guys manage capture in your daily sales operations?

When you have got spreadsheets, folders, and whiteboard sessions, but things still slip through the cracks. How do you go about it to stay on top of your game and avoid missing stuff?

Has anyone tried govtech bid qualification software?

We are burning way too many hours on RFPs that we have no business bidding on. Our gut feeling qualification process is broken. Is anyone using a specific tool to score opportunities against their past performance or capabilities automatically?

Customer onboarding automation when product and support tools don’t talk

We ship fast and onboarding breaks every sprint. New users sign up, but they never connect their data source, so activation stalls. Support gets tickets saying the app is empty, and engineering has to check logs manually.

I need signup to trigger a checklist based on their use case, watch for the first key event, and if it doesn’t happen in 24 hours, send a targeted tip. If they still get stuck, create a support ticket with context and alert the AE. We use segment, hubspot, and zendesk but they don’t orchestrate. How are other technical teams automating onboarding that reacts to real product behavior?

How do field teams typically handle utility ticket tracking when there's no dedicated admin staff?

Working on a project where the office side is pretty lean, no one person owns the utility locate process. Tickets get called in but then tracking responses, managing renewals, and making sure the field team knows the status, it's kind of falling on whoever has time. I'm curious how other civil teams handle this, especially when you don't have a full-time admin watching it.

Decentralized storage and web3 consulting for privacy apps

We are building a privacy-focused file sharing app on Ethereum, but storing everything on-chain is too expensive. We need web3 consulting to help us integrate IPFS or Arweave while maintaining a seamless user experience.

The bridge between the decentralized storage and the Ethereum smart contracts is where we are getting stuck. Has anyone worked with a firm that specializes in decentralized data architecture?

Trying to hit 4 cities in 10 days and the layovers are killing me. half the trip is just going to be sitting in terminals at this rate. Anyone tried the private charter for a tight loop like this? i'm trying to figure out if the time saved actually justifies the cost or if i'm just being impatient.

Everyone’s saying AI agents will eliminate data entry entirely, but in practice, we’re still dealing with messy inputs, edge cases, and inconsistent formats.

We’ve tried combining LLMs with data entry automation, but hallucinations and formatting issues introduce new risks.

Feels like we’ve replaced manual work with manual validation of AI output.

Are people actually trusting AI agents end-to-end here, or is everyone quietly building guardrails?

We charge flat monthly fees and I’ve started noticing certain clients email constantly compared to others.

Some accounts seem profitable until you realize how much time goes into replying to endless requests.

Has anyone found a good way to measure this without manually counting emails?

I went into the inspection feeling 95% sure we were closing on this place. It’s a classic brick 2 flat in Avondale, and on the surface, everything looked solid. We already started picking out paint colors for the second floor.
Then the report came back.
Honestly, there isn't one single deal-breaker, but it’s the sheer volume of small things that I never would have noticed. A little bit of moisture near the foundation, some questionable DIY electrical in the basement, and a few spots where the tuckpointing is starting to fail. Separately, they’re just old house things, but seeing them all listed in a 60page report has me spiraling a bit.

Now I’m looking at the house differently. Instead of seeing our future living room, I’m just seeing a never-ending Saturday to do list. I knew an older Chicago home would have quirks, but now I’m wondering if I’m in over my head. Has anyone else felt this way? Did you push through the death by a thousand cuts or did the inspection make you realize the house just wasn't the right fit?

If you're building a marketplace, your brand is only as good as your sellers. We learned the hard way that a single bad actor can ruin your reputation with customers.

We’re looking to implement a verification layer for our sellers, verifying their business status, tax ids, and professional standing before they can list. Does anyone have advice on how to do this without creating so much friction that sellers give up on the signup process?

Our process right now is basically a messy Google Drive and a prayer. We’re considering moving to a dedicated automation for government proposal platform, but I’m worried about tool sprawl. Does anyone have a stack that actually works together, or are you all just copy pasting from an AI tool into Word docs anyway?

I’m building out an autonomous agent framework designed to handle end-to-end marketing for small businesses. One of the biggest hurdles I’m facing is the seo component, specifically keeping up with real-time serp changes.

I’m looking for ai seo services that offer robust APIs or managed workflows that I can integrate into my agent's logic. I need something that goes beyond writing articles and actually looks at the technical health and authority of the domain. Does anyone have experience with a service that uses AI to handle the strategic, seo tasks that usually require a human consultant?

I’m having a fence installed next month, and the contractor mentioned something about an 811 ticket. I didn’t fully catch whether that’s something I need to take care of or if it’s handled on their side. For those who’ve done similar projects, is this typically something the contractor manages, or should I be following up on it myself?

I’ve been working on blockchain consulting for a DeFi lending protocol and one recurring issue is balancing innovation with risk controls. Clients want high yield strategies, but they often underestimate liquidation risks, oracle dependencies, and how quickly leverage can spiral out of control in volatile markets.

The hardest part is designing systems that are both capital-efficient and resilient under stress scenarios. Even small parameter changes in interest models can completely change user behavior and protocol stability.

Has anyone here developed a solid framework for stress-testing DeFi systems before deployment?

I’m looking for a one-stop-shop for my LinkedIn presence. I need help with both high-level content creation to build my authority and direct outreach to potential partners. Most LinkedIn marketing services I find only do one or the other.

I want a partner who can align my posts with the messages they are sending out so the whole profile feels like a cohesive brand. I’m struggling to keep up with the daily posting schedule while also trying to manage a growing team. Any recommendations for a reliable agency?
