I beat death for the first time, went to the bank and died. When I repawnd my baby daddy's here. Where do I go from here?

• What's the tube at the start and how do I interact with it?
• And after I beat that right hand guy the big door at the start opened. I went in there's a lava pit. What's the deal with that?

The first one's with the normal camera, the 2nd one is using expert raw.

It's a full moon tomorrow and I finally got a tripod. But everytime I've tried to take a pic it always ends up like a white ball of light.
