Can you realistically get prune to 4000atk with a 4* weapon that's not oathsworn eye and burst consistently?

And mine's also C0...

I've been forced by my sanity to stop wishing on that GODFORSAKEN banner. So no nicole.

And I only got a C0 prune. So should I give her the gift set, vv or noblesse for the lohen team? Or should I use a different character altogether.

Oh and the team's lohen, durin, citlali and the fourth slot

I just got my first skyward spine and I know it's trash but was wondering if normal attack speed will do anything for him. Maybe a shorter rotation? Just curious

And does anyone have a google doc for it?
