6 days vs 7 days protocol

Hi, dear Reta users, I'm currently on the 10th week of titration and on my second 4mg dose.

It's working pretty good, but I noticed that by 7th day effect is getting noticeable weaker - more food cravings on the last day and I tend to eat bigger portions. So I switched to 6 days that works wonders. I'm basically on a sliding week, next dose is on Mon, then Sun, then Sat etc.

How really important a once a week dosage or it's relatively arbitrary and 6 days protocol is also viable

Quick question about put exercise in RobinHood

Please help me to understand as I'm doing it for the first time. All of a sudden one of my positions is in the money.

Here's what I see when I try to exercise the contract. Usually if I try to short position - RH shows me the price to borrow stocks. But not this time. Does that mean I can execute the position and get stock loaned for free?

Question for Trump trading community

Unusual move from market manipulator. Usually he times his interventions during stock exchange hours

Does that mean I need to yolo my life savings in SPY calls on Monday? Or if anything will ever be signed during the weekend will it affect the market on Monday?

Meme options trading is awesome!

To be honest I almost always guessed the right direction, but my timing was so off. I sold so many positions too early or too late

Is dancing considered biohacking?

Is dancing considered biohacking?

Because oh boy it sure should be. One of the best decisions of my life was to join social dance class once. Since than I dance for many years and it improved basically every area of my life.

There are multiple studies showing benefits of dance from obvious cardiovascular improvements to lowering cortisol levels.

I cannot find the original research, but I do believe that out of all hobbies dancers are the happiest.

It improves your social life. And if you are male and not a complete creep, might be beneficial for your personal life. People who complain about "male loneliness epidemics" definitely never tried to take a shower and go to the bachata or ballroom dance class.

Biggest losers after SpaceX IPO?

So, funds are basically obligated to buy it. No one is sitting on a bag of multiple billions in cash, meaning they have to sell some of their current stock, right?

Who will they sell and is there a consensus who will lose the most after the IPO?

Miami empty van for conversion

Hi, everyone, we have a disagreement with my wife.

We have this amazing Econoline (70 000 miles, clean, free of rust and in great technical state)

She wants to build our own campervan and travel the world on it. I think we can sell it for use money to buy food for at least a year. My wife thinks the fair price is $14 K

Van is empty inside, with wooden floor and no side panels. There is some minor body damage on the left side.

It would be a great car for someone who wants to build a campervan of their own.

If you want to take it - send me a message plz. In June 2026 if no one buys it, we will start building our vanlife.

I want to sell it though

With soon potential Brightline bankruptcy, what was their biggest mistake?

Brightline could've become the best mode of transportation in Miami. Instead they are filing for bankruptcy in about a month.

What was the biggest mistake they made in your opinion?

I remember when they just opened Miami to Palm Beach part, for almost a year their marketing consisted of having $9 tickets between two cities with champagne on board and free Tesla taxis to Palm Beach hotels. Such a waste of money they desperately need right now

Watching many youtubers you can see that a lot of small skips where all speech imperfections were. Removed all filler words, breaths, "errrr"-s, "hmmm"-s etc

Obviously it adds alot of dynamic to the video too

Is there an app that does that?
