My custom knives

A guy at my job started making custom knives. Had to get a couple. These are the two I got. Top one was my design he just brought it to life. It’s has some rust spots trying to figure out the best way to clean it but other than that pretty solid.

My 2026 Stack Update..

Crossed the 200 oz milestone for silver. It’s always cool to pull everything out and look at it this way. I haven’t bought much this year, probably buying fatigue, but I still try to add stuff from time to time. I think I might focus on gold for the rest of the year though. Majority of my stack is ASE & Libertads, hands down my two favorite to buy. Kinda sucks how high premiums stay on Libertads but I find deals from time to time. Keep stacking fellow brothers & sisters!

Alright, I’m curious and want to plan a trip, where should I go?

I’ve read some old post but wanted to ask again, sorry in advance.

I’m a 35M Nigerian but American. I would love to visit Germany maybe this year or next, but I’m curious, how are black people treated in Germany? I’ve heard a lot of mixed messages. Where should I stay or go? Or vis versa where should I stay away from. Looking to be around other young, single travelers. Can anyone give me some advice, please? Please don’t flame me for asking a question. Genuinely curious.

Oh okay, cool, I guess. Totally forgot about this thing.

Reading everyone’s reviews, not sure I’m that excited for this thing anymore. Ordered the first week of February and always forget I ordered it until I see a post on this sub 😂😂.

Salary Progression 35M (Contract Manager, Denver CO)

35M. I received the amount of my salary increase yesterday and wanted to share my journey. I know it's a small amount compared to the 20 somethings making $200k-$500k a month lol but I would say this is a realistic salary progression of someone who didn't go to college.

I dropped out of college back in 2010 after the financial and housing crisis and told myself that I would be better off gaining work experience and then going back to school. I reenrolled last year, and I'm doing it now just because I want to not because I need to.

I was very strategic when it came to jobs I took and companies I worked at for the most part. In my 20s I did anything and everything as full time and side gigs. Working at Greystar was the best career decision I made, as it's the most recognizable name in multi family management. I learn a lot there. I always say "I went to Greystar University" and then working at the start up gave me a real estate license 100% paid for.

For a single guy with no kids, it's definitely doable. I also take into account that I have a fully remote government job now, where I get a pension they match 10.5% to the 11% I contribute. My health insurance is $20/a check and it's really good, job security and peaceful team. I factor all of that in.
Sometimes the extra $20-30,000 you could make in the private sector isn't always worth it.

800! On to 1000! I’ll touch grass today to celebrate…

Well guys my 3rd achievement this year. This will be the last for the year, as the next one is 1000 days. There is only 163 days left in the year. I’ll be honest this one almost didn’t happen. Couple days I came extremely close to losing it. One night I got it in 2 minutes before midnight 😅😅. But I have hope I’ll get to 1000. LFG!

I need some help or direction..

Before y’all flame me, I’ve done some research and search of threads but I’m having no luck.

Can anyone point or share a video of how to get homebrews in DB Downloader to work? When I try to download ports, it tells me I need a list of all these other things, and I don’t know where to find them. Where can I find these extra stuff?

Is this a failed graft?

Before you guys say “have I checked with my periodontist” I went there this morning.

I’m no medical doctor, but this doesn’t look right and it looks like it’s failing. I’m 100% sure the graft came off the stitch. This morning when the co-pak putty came off the graft was literally dangling from that one stitch. I immediately texted my Dr. and sent him a video. I was even more worried that I scheduled an appointment to see him. He basically told me “it needs time to heal, and to wait and see”. Also, I the plan was to do 24 and 25 but it looks like 24 was the only one that received a graft. I really concerned because it doesn’t look right, and I feel like I’m being gaslit by the Dr. Also, I paid for 2 teeth and it looks like only one was done. Please help.

State of The Libertads Stack

Current state of my Lib stack. Hands down one of my favorites, right behind the American Silver Eagles. Crazy that I got the 2oz proof for around $100 not too long ago. Now there in the $300. Wish I got a 5oz back then. Love stacking been doing in for 10 years now. I do it for the love of the game!

$60 on FB Marketplace..

Just picked up this Vita 1000 on FBM. What a deal! In pretty good condition too. Will probably just resell it on eBay. Got a 2000 a few weeks ago. Or should I just keep both?
