To be clear, I have not listened to the episode. But this is the first one in a while where I read the summary and said “I’ll listen to it, but I already know the answer.“

Yes they’re pets! You selected them! You’re in charge of them! What else would they be?! Roommates? Employees?!

So, I'm trying to fight Blood Guards. I'm dying in literally a single hit.

I'm level 18. My main armor sets are 170 or so each.

I don't really know what the power scaling is - am I just way too weak for this?

If so, any suggestions for what I should be doing right now? I'm doing the main quests, currently killing time until night, but every side quest I try I end up having this issue....

This is a very specific request: My daughter is turning 19. She loves The Pitt, and her favorite character is Dr. Santos.

I haven't watched it nearly enough to know the essence of Dr Santos.

So I'm wondering if y'all could suggest a good image that would be "classic Santos" to put on her birthday cake.

So, the internet is useless now.

Are there any worthwhile dry cleaners in La Crosse?

All I can find are the one that's closed near me, 3 laundromats, and a carpet cleaning service (Oh, and Men's Wearhouse).

Is there any easy way to see all your paths?

One of my friends and his daughter both played, and I just finished my first game, and we wanted to compare all of our paths. But it doesn't seem like there's any kind of summary or export.

I'm assuming there's not, but just wanted to ask in case there was an easy way to do it!

Listening to Jesse and His Honna attempt to figure out what Slay the Spire 2 is was equal parts hilarious and painful.

Elissa did a great job breaking it down and explaining it.

Also, the Slay the Spire board game is fantastic.

This episode made me reinstall the game too.

So I was in Green Bay this weekend.

I grew up in Austin, TX.

And I was shocked (pleasantly) to find a Schlotzsky's in Green Bay WI of all places. And apparently there's a second in Appleton. And it even had "Austin Eatery" on the sign. I've been to the original, have loved them forever, and getting to eat one randomly after 10+ years without was great.

Does anyone know why there are two of them in NE Wisconsin? Did some Texas transplant set them up? And more importantly, how do I get them to open one up in SW WI where I am?!

Is Apache Mall in Rochester the main place people go to shop? Is there anywhere better that’s about the same distance?

I'm rewatching Cougartown.

Jules' guy in episode 2 is Pete!

I saw him and was like "I know that guy. Who is he....."

And then once I realized it was Pete, I decided I had to stop my Cougartown rewatch and start Happy Endings again, because how do you forget Pete?!

Edit: Answered, thanks!

So I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

When I look in keybindings, there's a bind for Parry (Q on kb).

However, Q seems to do nothing.

Do I need a different seal than the starting seal to parry? Or is hitting alt to guard at the right time parrying?

I'm not sure if perfect blocks and parrying are the same in the game or not, basically.

Is there anywhere in town that does short term projector screen rentals? Everything I found online seems like generic or scam places.

Has anyone played the AI variant of Thunder Road? I'm wonder if it's worth trying out, because I'd love to have Thunder Road to play solo if it's good. Specifically talking about this one:

https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/278576/automa-trv9000-self-driving-car-team

I don't have access to the game, but I'm watching NRB play it and I love the idea and the theme. I've been playing a lot of Death Roads: Tournament on PC and it seems to be very similar in feel.

But I don't want to buy the game just to try it out, so....

It also looks like I could use that to add a third team if I played with my daughter, which would be cool if it's good....

My parents are in town for graduation. I have no idea what to show them in town.

Have I lived here for almost 20 years? Yes. Do I have any idea what to take people to do that isn't look at bookstores or play board games? Absolutely not.

My mom wants to go see the lock and dam system. I thought about the Friendship Gardens and the weird museum over there, or the La Crosse museum, but neither of those are tremendously thrilling.

So, I'm thinking maybe since the patch, I cannot type in boxes any more. I get maybe one letter in, and then the screen closes out on me.

This happened with map markers, and just now renaming a ship.

Anyone else getting this?

In the new secret NRB Teensyville, Sully asked a question that I *think* I know the answer to but I wanted to confirm.

He was a Pukka poisoned Amnesiac. He asked the ST about his ability, and was told "Extremely hot."

The question was basically, is that ST question above the poison as ST info or would it be potentially affected?
