Cloning issues with Macrium Reflect.

This is the result after I clone Disk 1 to Disk 2. The used space in the System partition is smaller in the clone. And the Recovery partion is not getting cloned. I believe the Recovery partition is not being cloned because the destination does not have enough space left for it.

Any idea why the full system partition is not getting cloned correctly? And, any idea if there is a setting in this version of Macrium Reflect to use less space for the clone of the C drive which has so much empty space on it? ...and whether adjusting the partition sizes in the clone will cause issues having that clone as the boot drive since the sizes dont exactly match the original?

Thank you very much for any assistance you can offer!

For Win11Pro: Are there any pieces of software I can boot from on a thumb drive & clone my internal M.2 drive to an external USB backup disk without starting Windows?

Do any pieces of software like this exist for Win11 Pro? I am just looking for a link to download a file that will install the software to a thumb drive to CLONE my Win11 Pro machine to an external USB drive without launching Windows. I used to be able to do this with Win7 but cant find a program to do this now. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hyundai Dealer said $400 to pop in rear license plate lights that fell into the bumper on a 2021 Elantra. I drove down the street & an auto body guy took 4 screws off, snapped them in, chaged me nothing, and I was gone in 5 minutes.

How am I supposed to trust Hyundai dealers anymore?

Has the IRS officially approved Limited Margin Roth IRA accounts? Opening one then having the IRS come years down the road & say it is still using borrowed (unsettled) money therefore you lose the tax free status of the account, is something no one would obviously want.
